Stayed two nights it was a great location and we had everything we needed. We walked to the beach and enjoyed the pool!

It was a pleasent stay and the beach was right there. We loved our stay and will recommend and come back to this host again for this stay.

Excellent and relaxing place, safe and calm area. The owners zulma , Janice and Alyssa were great hosts and very attentive to everything I needed, they made my stay very welcoming. I recommend this home to anyone looking for a long term rental in Pensacola

Great place to stay, super clean and comfortable. It’s in a great location, short drive to all Pensacola has to offer. Kitchen has everything you need. Plenty of space for parking. We really enjoyed our stay and will likely be back.

good communication but a ton of rules that seem excessive for what is really just a hotel room... my daughter and a friend stayed. it's part of the host's property, which was a little uncomfortable, and she felt like they were being watched to be sure they didn't break a single rule. overall, it was exactly as described and a good value for the money.

I just wanted to say the places was wonderful and the people that lives in the main house was wonderful people. They were great to my family and we loved the pool n we can’t forget about Mr.Kitty he was very friendly he has a great listening hear thanks for having us until next time

We’ve stayed in Navarre before and paid much more for things that we didn’t need. This studio rental was the perfect downsize for us, but had every amenity that we could’ve needed if we’d wanted to cook indoors or outdoors. Ed was very kind, hospitable and willing to serve!

Jamie was a great host, we will definitely be coming back again. The home was amazing and the pictures of the inside do not do it justice. Everything was perfect and it was like being at home. Beds were so comfy and the hot water seemed endless, especially for 3 adults. We were there for work and spent our time in the house sleeping but it was peaceful and we never heard any noise from outside.

1st Airbnb I’ve book and stayed at even though I’m local to Pensacola. My boyfriend and I just wanted to get away for a day or two from work and stress. Plus it was his bday so I wanted it to be special for him. We had a great time staying here and the place is so cute and small I loved it. Met the host Cindy and she was extremely nice. Definitely gonna try to come back for another staycation sometime.

Absolutely unforgettable stay! This Airbnb is truly one-of-a-kind. Every detail was so thoughtfully curated—from the stunning vintage decor to the incredibly cool light fixtures and the floating staircase that adds such a unique architectural touch. The rooftop hangout area was our favorite spot—perfect for relaxing and taking in the view. We also loved the collection of vintage games, which added a fun and nostalgic touch to the experience. The host was prompt, helpful, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. You can really feel the care and creativity that went into designing this space. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a stylish and memorable stay!

We had a wonderful time!! The villa was beautiful and very clean. Also the host was AMAZING, and responded quickly with any questions that we had! Definitely the best place to stay for a short vacation!! 100% will be staying there again!

This is a lovely place in the beautiful East Hill neighborhood. Quiet surroundings outside and everything you need inside. April was responsive and super nice to correspond with :) Highly recommend!

Stayed in Pensacola for the weekend of the Crawfish Festival with another couple. The home is absolutely gorgeous and so comfortable!! Well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and necessities to make the weekend easy. Spent time in the lovely shaded backyard, on the front porch each morning with coffee in rocking chairs, and in the cozy living room. Walked to the festival each day. It was a 1.7 mile walk each way, on sidewalks, through the historic area until we got to Palafox St, where we enjoyed restaurants, bars, and beautiful architecture. Location of the home is wonderful, and it is very well suited for 2 couples travelling together.

Had everything we needed. Will look to book here again when in town. Very pet friendly area.

Getting access to the bnb was very easy and we booked rather late we had a great night and when my girlfriend forgot her bag after we left Joshua was very active in helping us get it back I highly recommend staying here if your in the Pensacola area

We absolutely love this condo! This was our second visit and we already have our third visit booked. We are also already planning our trip to this condo for 2026! Lisa is such a great host and we love booking with her! This condo is so easily accessible and this part of the beach is a little more quiet which we love! The walk from our room all the way to the water is less than 3 mins. We love everything about our stay at the Broadmoor!

Very responsive, polite, clean, and kind hosts! Amenities worked perfectly fine, location was peaceful, and it was a very short drive to the beach. plenty of space for a family of 4, and although this is a quadplex I did not hear our neighbors! If we ever come to the area again we would definitely stay at one of Gary's places! 😊

This is our second time staying here! It’s so peaceful, clean, beautiful. Constance is an amazing friendly host! We feel right at home when we stay here! Walking distance to the beach, and the pool and hot tub!!!! We we always stay here!

Beth's condo is beautiful! It's exactly as she described. I love how she has her condo decorated. She has good taste! Everything is so well coordinated. I am very particular about my living conditions, and I work hard to make sure we're in a clean place. Well, Beth's condo was immaculate. No clutter. No dust. If you want a nice condo close by the beach, this is the place to stay. I also love that she has an umbrella and chairs for the beach and beach towels. She has everything you need especially in the kitchen. It's a home away from home. We had zero problems!

We were here for our honeymoon and enjoyed it very much. The place was perfect. The location was awesome. The room was clean, spacious, the tub and shower were so nice, and the bed was so comfortable and it was beachfront. The balcony was so nice. It was right across the road from a great restaurant and a convenience store. Overall 5 stars and will recommend.

What a beautiful place to spend my vacation. Eric was wonderful and came right over when I couldn’t figure out the tv. You can tell he is the kind of guy who would do anything for anyone. The home is exceptionally beautiful and clean, and well stocked. We will be returning, God Willing.
