Idyllic hillside location by the coast with magnificent endless views of the blue sea! Fully equipped two-room apartment, with exit to the courtyard with BBQ. It's 65sq.m. has two spaces one is 40sqm. with bedroom, bathroom and an open plan kitchen/dining/living area with double sofa bed. The second space has a double bed, wardrobes & a bathroom of 25sqm. The doors lead directly to the courtyard which overlooks the sea. In addition, the yard has a stone-built BBQ and a traditional oven.

The space is perfect for families, couples or a group of friends and everything is at a very short walking distance.

Few metres from the house at the area "Piatsa", you will find many cafes, bistros, restaurants and shops for your buys. Enjoy the Ermoupoli' s port view next to the most picturesque bougainvillea of the settlement!!!
