Dune Villa is located on the west end of 30-A. Our stand alone guest house has a private entrance with guest parking, full kitchen, laundry, queen size bed, bathroom and outdoor shower. Beach chairs/umbrella, beach towels, cooler, and two bicycles are provided. Just around the corner from Stinky’s Fish Camp, Santa Rosa Golf Club, Topsail State Park, Coastal Dune Lakes and Gulf Place Town Center. After a busy day, enjoy a magnificent view of the sunset or watch the deer as they approach the fields from the East. Our houseboat is docked on the canal with a beautiful view. We make every effort to provide a safe and fun experience. Since this is a green houseboat, a porta-potty is located about 50 ft. from the boat and the private parking.
