Studio Gaia is situated in a serene location that is very close to the heart of the town of Gaios. Απέχει από την πρωτεύουσα του νησιού τον Gaio περίπου 3 χιλιόμετρα.

The apartment is located just 500 meters from the center of Gaios (an 8–10 minute uphill walk or 1 minute by car) and approximately 1.5 km from the main port (15–20 minutes on foot or 3 minutes by car).

The Old House

The house was built in the 18th Century during the Venetian occupation of the island. It has been the residence of the British Governor and the National Bank of Greece among other things. It was restored in 2014 as the waterfront vacation home of its owners and in 2018 with new sound proof Windows installed so it has everything you need for a great vacation.
