Be immersed in the peace and quiet of a Tuscan olive orchard by staying in this stone farmhouse which features traditional architectural elements such as terra cotta floors, vaulted ceilings, and original wood fixtures. Dive into the plunge pool with sweeping views of the Mediterranean Sea. For adventurous travelers who will appreciate the 10-minute panoramic walk to the house (we will transport your luggage and groceries by tractor). The magical view of the world below with the coast on the horizon which can be enjoyed from every room of the house and from the entire olive orchard with its walking paths and plunge pool with waterfall. Being a pedestrian village, Metato is quiet and peaceful. Yet, the beach and many great places to visit are a short drive away- Pisa, Florence, Lucca, the marble quarries of Cararra, Pietrasanta, Viareggio.... Guests have exclusive access to the pool and property. Metato is a friendly litttle village in the hills overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. There is a quaint family-run restaurant in the village that serves local homemade dishes at a very reasonable price. Our pedestrian village tends to attract kind people in search of peace and quiet and a proximity with nature. Time seems to go by more slowly here. It is a perfect base for families who want to explore Tuscany and the beaches of the Versilia coast. The home is in a beautiful, quiet location on a hill surrounded by olive orchards and vineyards just a 10-minute walk from the parking lot. Explore the medieval village of Metato where fireflies and breathtaking views await. Take an invigorating hike or head to the beaches a short drive away. There is a parking lot at the base of the village where you can park the car. The village itself is pedestrian but I am happy to greet guests at the parking lot on their arrival to transport their luggage, groceries and whoever wants to ride to the house with my little Italian tractor! The nearest airport is Pisa (45-minutes by car). All the major car rental places can be found there. The nearest train station is Viareggio.

The house is located in an area of Tuscany called 'GARFAGNANA' (CHIOZZA - Castiglione G.na), located at 800 mt. The last 6 km are of good mountain road but uphill and with curves. It is a recently restored stone farmhouse with a heated pool that can also be used in spring and autumn and a hot tub up to 36 degrees. The house is structured on 3 levels, ideal for family vacations and relaxing days. It is facing SOUTH and you can enjoy a wonderful view of the picturesque mountains the Apuan Alps.-

Agriturismo family friendly! The once farmhouse has just been restored, sunny and spacious, large garden and swimming pool for our guests. The swimming pool is open from May 5th, closes in October. It offers 4 spacious double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, well equipped kitchens wi-fi, parking on premises. Great place for kids and nature lovers, within the National Park of Appennines. The property is located on top of a very panoramic hill, near the medieval village of Sillico where is located also a very good restaurant. Perfect accommodation for romantic couples, families with children with their dogs. Perfect place to relax but also suitable for guests who like active holiday with many exiting trekking, canyoning, mtb and horse riding excursions. Nice panoramic pool and view on the entire valley. There is a place a few steps away from the famous Versilia (Tuscany) called Borgo Metato Toscana. Here various structures have been designed by the Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place. Il Borgo di Metato is surrounded by olive trees, lots of green spaces and there are some donkeys for the joy of children. Il FICO is part of this place.

The house is located in the small medieval village of Perpoli, on top of a sunny and panoramic hill. The place enjoys a wonderful view of the Serchio Valley, the Apuan Alps, and the Apennines. There is a 4000 mq garden with a swimming pool. A perfect place to relax but also to do numerous activities such as trekking, canyoning and MTB.

La casa è situata in Vergaia un piccolissimo paesino sulle sponde del Lago di Vagli, l’unico gruppo di case che affaccia su Fabbriche di Careggine, l’antico borgo che è stato sommerso dalle acque del lago. Il paese è l’ideale per chi vuole staccare dalla città e per chi vuole trovare tranquillità visti i pochissimi residenti.
