Even though you'll feel far away, in reality, you'll only be 3 mins from local shops, 10 mins from Australia Zoo, 30mins from Caloundra.

Kidaman Cottage is situated in a private tranquil corner of our 125 acre farm in the beautiful Obi Obi Valley. Kidaman Cottage offers you the unique opportunity of an authentic farm stay. We have Minature Donkeys, Miniature Goats, sheep, chickens, horses and our lovely cat Barry (who visits daily) to enjoy in your very own section of our farm. Here you will find our 3 bedroom architecturally designed home styled with a retro-inspired charm: set on 1/2 an acre of established gardens and bordering 100 acres of natural bushland. Relax and recharge at your own pace while having everything you need at your doorstep. With our peaceful haven as your base, take advantage of all that the Sunshine Coast beaches and hinterland have to offer.

You have the ground floor all to yourself in a 2 storey house. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. Only 15 minutes drive to the beautiful hinterland town of Maleny and 15 minutes to the popular Australia Zoo or 30 minutes to the beaches at Caloundra. ONLY Children which are under parental supervision are welcome. NO failed gentle parenting products. No aggressive and destructive kids. Your dog (no XL dogs like Saint Bernard’s etc.) is welcome. There is a fenced yard.

Rowan House, a magnificent three-level French-styled residence, is uniquely positioned high in the Sunshine Coast hinterland. Perched atop Mount Mellum’s highest north-easterly point, the homestead commands spectacular 180° views of almost 150 km of Australia’s coastline and islands - from Noosa through to Brisbane. The restored mansion was Queensland’s 1942 “House of the Year” and is just a 25 minute drive from beaches. Original tennis court is refurbished.
