A recently built home, with a 2 bedroom ground floor Guest Suite. The Guest Suite has private access to a kitchenette/ dining and lounge and two bedrooms each with their own ensuites. Located in a quiet street only minutes walk from Suncorp stadium, Caxton St and a leisurely stroll into the city and Southbank. An additional (King Single) bed can be set up in the living room on request, prior to arrival ($40/per night). Host are in the unit above and happy to help with any issues or requests.

The fit out of this home is all you could wish for and it's ready for your arrival. You will love the peace and quiet of the area and enjoy the beautiful gardens and the well kept pool facilities. There is a great view from the balcony of Kedron Brook. The home is ideal for business travellers, singles, couples and those with children and it is a short drive to the City, the RNA Showground, Chermside or the Royal Brisbane & Womens Hospital, the Prince Charles & Holy Spirit Northside Hospitals.

Leafy, cool, inner-city, self-contained apartment

This north Brisbane downstairs apartment has easy access from the quiet inner-city suburban street, surrounded by leafy trees, and air-conditioned. Off-road parking is available. It is a short walk to a lovely coffee shop and the bus stop, close to the shopping village and train station, and 20 minutes drive from the airport. Guests may have complete privacy, with access directed as needed. Otherwise, I and my husband are usually home and guests may be greeted and made welcome if they wish.
