The house sits on a large gently sloping block overlooking the lake. It is surrounded by native trees and is perfectly positioned to capture the morning sunrise over Smiths Lake. With an abundance of native flora and fauna Jacaranda is the perfect place to unwind and get away from it all.

This three bed house is pet friendly & perfect for up to two families or couples to ride, relax and enjoy the views of the Cooreei Hills. Close to The Common mountain bike tracks and a stroll to Dungog's emerging arts scene, historical James Theatre, Tin Shed Brewery, cafes, restaurants and boutiques.
