Bedroom 1- Kingsize bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, hairdryer, chest of drawers and hanging rail. Bedroom 2- Double bed, chest of drawers and coat hooks. Living room- TV with Amazon Firestick, Netflix. Large DVD collection and DVD player. 2 x comfy sofas. Dining table with benches to seat 4. Kitchen- very well equipped for those who love to cook. Microwave, Dualit toaster and kettle, gas cooker, oven, fridge freezer, washer/dryer, Nespresso machine including coffee pods. Bathroom- with bath and shower over bath. The apartment is accessed by its own staircase. The parking space is right next to the apartment. I am a Cambridge local and happy to share my knowledge if you need any tips, recommendations or advice. I am a new host and keen to make sure my guests have the best stay possible! Please get in touch if you encounter any problems and I will do my best to rectify them as soon as possible. Located in the lively Hills Road neighborhood, the apartment just across the street from the Cambridge University Botanic Gardens. The historic city center, home to the city’s most famous landmarks, is also within easy walking distance. Buses run regularly and stop on Hills road. The train station is 5 mins walk away. Most places of interest are easily walked to or cycled to. Parking for 1 car is provided. There is short stay pay and display parking for additional vehicles near by but it may be difficult to park a second car for longer periods.

IWM Duxford is nearby and there are fine countryside walks and several gastro pubs, restaurants, and bistros to choose from locally. The M11 is just over a mile away and Addenbrookes, AstraZeneca, Granta Park, Babraham Institute and Wellcome Genome Campus are all a short distance by car.

Situated in a quiet position overlooking historic Thriplow's village green. Just a minute's walk and you reach the award winning community run gastro pub or well stocked village shop. Only 8 miles from the city of Cambridge, so perfect for anyone visiting or working in Cambridge or the surrounding area.

The Barn is set on its own plot of land next to the main house with a large fenced garden, patio area with BBQ and a horse field a few metres away to gaze out onto. A characterful building but totally refurbished and offering a contemporary escape with all the amenities you would expect at home.

Alice Barn at Clopton Courtyard is a stylish two bedroom single floor barn conversion, which overlooks the beautiful Cambridgeshire countryside. The barn also has access to a shared BBQ and fire pit. With Cambridge just 20 minutes away by car, Alice Barn provides an excellent spot from which to explore this historic city.

The spacious accommodation is set within the grounds of Home Farm House, an important farmhouse dating back to the 17th Century. The cottage extends over 1,200 square foot providing hall, sitting room, study, fitted kitchen/ dining room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, garden and a private south facing courtyard.
