The third room serves as a dedicated workout area, boasting a treadmill, exercise bike, hand weights, & a yoga mat. A twin bed was added to this room after photos were taken. A portable playpen is also available.

Fern Cottage is on rear of our property with private entrance & outdoor spaces which include seating, fire pit. Front porch has a swing. It is fully furnished There is an under counter fridge in the kitchen and full size fridge located outside your bedroom door in garage. Off street parking provided. NO smoking unit. No exceptions. No more than 2 pets and no larger than 50 pounds. NO AGGRESSIVE PETS. There is a $25 pet fee please be courteous and pay when reserving

Welcome to Ms. Penny's Place! This newly remodeled, 3 bedroom home sits right in the heart of Conway - a half mile from Conway High School and about 1.5 miles from Hendrix College, Central Baptist College and the University of Central Arkansas.
