Our backyard birds and wildlife include: kookaburras, lorikeets, king parrots, black & white cockatoos, kingfishers, tawny frog-mouth. Kangaroos are frequent visitors.

Located half way between Sydney and Brisbane, we are the perfect family, couple or friend group overnight stop over, weekender or longer holiday stay. On a quiet street, and a close walk to beaches and cafes, this escape is filled with natural light and provides breathing space to relax and unwind. Start your day with a sunrise coffee on the balcony and end it with a stunning sunset over the mountains. Sunset View can also be booked with Scotts Break (downstairs) for larger family gatherings.

Welcome to Beach Bunker, a nostalgic 1970s beach retreat just 70 meters from the pristine shores of Scotts Head. Our private studio apartment is situated underneath the main house with private access through the gardens. Valla Beach is quiet and the beaches unspoilt. My husband and I live upstairs with our miniature schnauzers George and Hector who also share the garden. This is an ideal weekend retreat or beach holiday as we are an 8 minute walk to the cafes, beaches and tavern . There are several walking tracks through the forest close by and a short drive to Jacks Ridge mountain bike trail.

Ponytail Farmhouse - perfect place to unwind

The perfect place to relax and unwind there is a large wrap around verandah and undercover area with bbq facilities that allows comfortable outdoor living in all types of weather. There is a fully equipped kitchen stocked with essentials. A timber combustion heater will keep you warm in winter and air conditioning in two bedrooms and the living area will keep you cool in summer. The three bedrooms each have a queen size bed. All linen/towels are provided including beach towels.

Scotts Beach Shack - Luxury getaway on the Beach

Scotts Beach Shack is a luxury, beach/headland frontage beach shack. Architecturally designed timber shack with renovated luxury interior. Check out the surf at Little Beach from your hammock on the large wrap around decks. Outside hot water shower to rinse the salt off after you have snorkelled Elephant Head or body bashed at Little Beach. Benji's By The Sea is a one bedroom one kitchen/lounge room overlooking majestic Scotts Head Beach. There is also a tropical verandah area for outdoor living and BBQs. Nambucca Valley Train Carriages Red carriage

Both our red & green carriages are modeled from the balcony ended tram car Built by Great Eastern Railways, England in 1884. The tram car was built for the Wisebec to Upwell line. Diane & I have built this unique accommodation from the ground up overlooking the NSW North Coast Railway line. The two carriages are located 90 metres from our house & sited to provide you with your own privacy.
