The Yard Rye

The Yard is a two-bed interior-designed cottage in the citadel of the beautiful Cinque Port town of Rye. It is situated down a cobbled passageway next to a pretty tea room. PLEASE NOTE – The property can sleep up to two adults in the master bedroom and one child in the single, with a pull-out camp bed if needed for an extra child. We also have a travel cot for an infant. Please be aware we have a steep staircase.

This lovely listed period property is situated in the heart of the Old Town of Hastings, on the iconic High Street. The location makes it perfect for restaurants, shops, the beach and all of the delights that the old town has to offer. This property is a basement garden flat situated beneath our working gallery, open between 11-4. There will be a small amount of activity during these hours.

Situated 50 metres from the seafront / beach and the ‘ Stade’ open area. Easy walk of fantastic pubs and restaurants. Cosy in the winter - with log burner - Airy and light in the summer. Now a cosy cottage nestled in 1066 countryside on the edge of the Combe Haven Countryside Park with its own private wood-burning hot tub. The cottage has one very spacious bedroom accessed via the stairs, with a king-size bed with a luxury bath within the room.
