The Studio

The Studio sits on the edge of our Ancient Woodland in the grounds of our house and close to the village of Pett. A former music and art studio the building is now a relaxing retreat for those looking for quiet and nature. Open plan living with wood burning stove and everything you might need, including a grand piano! Luxurious king bedroom with roll top bath and a separate shower room. The village of Pett has two pubs which are walkable and we are close to the unspoiled beach at Pett Level.

Ashdown Forest Guest House

Enjoy a revitalising stay in the heart of Ashdown Forest at our cosy wooden outbuilding! We have two kingsize beds (only one is pictured as we havent updated our listing photos quite yet), one comfy double sofa bed (for groups of 5-6), 1.5 acres of garden, gates to the forest, a children's play area, private terrace, firepit, all the toys and kid amenities you could want (including a full size table tennis table) and an idyllic deck at the bottom of the garden which traps the sun at sunset...

The Shed of the Setting Sun

Situated at the end of a 50 foot garden, on the edge of marshland, is the shed. It is a prime spot to watch the sun setting, bird watching, meditating or simply relaxing and taking in the outdoors. Access to the house will be available for use of the kitchen and toilet/shower. A seperate entrance with padlocked gate is available, and yale lock on the shed door. A small bbq/utensils will be provided, and a fire pit. (please purchase your own bbq coals and seasoned firewood). 12v solar lights

Newly converted stable block

Modern two bedroomed, separate accommodation with studio kitchen comprising of a combination oven, double hob, fridge and sink. There is also a kettle and toaster, cutlery etc. Youngs garden stable block is on the edge of a charming old village in East Sussex, within striking distance of Bateman's ( home of Rudyard Kipling ) and many other historic sites such as Bodiam castle, Scotney castle, and many more. The village is approximately a 10 minute walk and has 2 pubs and a small supermarket.

Hi there and welcome to The Swift… If you're looking for somewhere that's chilled and romantic, with a few sheep thrown in, you've found the perfect place. Whether you want to go hiking round the South Down's, take a day trip to Brighton or just relax on a deck chair with a glass of Prosecco, our quaint little shepherd's hut is just for you! Beautiful peaceful surroundings, the birds chorus, baaa-ing sheep and gorgeous clear starry skies await you. And not forgetting the bubbling hot tub!

Rustic Log Cabin, quiet with uninterrupted views

The cabin is made of wood, set in 12 acres of land. It has a decking area at the back of the property overlooking uninterrupted views of open farmland which is quiet and peaceful. It’s a studio with a 5ft bed, kitchenette, shower room with WC. Breakfast items are provided including Bread, pastries, butter, milk yogurt juice, jam, fruit, tea and coffee. Modern 3 bedroom secondary building on a family home in one of the prettiest villages in The Weald of Kent. Bring a few of you or the whole family. There’s lots of room for fun, with mature gardens, an outside cabin to stay in, an outside reading room, bbq area and a sauna to try. There's plenty to do in this part of Kent. Many famous castles, stately homes, vineyards and stunning gardens all within an easy driving distance, making The Lodge an ideal spot for breaks throughout the year.

My place is close to Ashdown Forest and half hour drive to Glyndborne Opera House. Sussex Coast is within easy reach. Royal Tunbridge Wells 20mins away with the famous Pantiles. Many historical Villages nearby including Mayfield and Burwash. My large garden is full of wild life with two resident badger sets. White Deer are frequent visitors and can often be seen at dawn and dusk from the terrace. Foxes and family of Hare. More recently, we have two families of the protected Hedge Hogs.

A delightful and unique country cottage with historical links to the Plantagenet Kings of England! It's tucked away, surrounded by mature gardens with views over the Eastwell Manor country estate. Plantagenet Cottage is full of character and charm, it's spacious, very private and relaxing . Our heated pool is great in Summer [closed in Winter]. Enjoy the beautiful Kent countryside, great pubs, a nearby Spa, beaches, Canterbury and lots more - or simply just chill out at the cottage !

Pancake Lodge - with hot tub and four poster

Pancake Lodge is a perfect sanctuary with four poster bed and hot tub. This quirky cabin sits amongst a working apple farm with beautiful views across the glorious Greensand Ridge. Guests can relax in the fabulous surroundings and indulge in scenic walks using the many public footpaths that cross the farm. There are also many local walks too. The historic Leeds Castle is a 5 minute drive, many local pubs and restaurants and the south east coast is within easy reach.

Holthurst - Modern seafront flat

Holthurst, a stylish flat with balcony in an Edwardian Villa right on the seafront near the De La Warr Pavilion and town centre. Ideal for 2 or 3 people. Shared entrance hall but once in the flat, it's just yours. No pets. The flat has appeared on a Royal Mail postage stamp! This is a well equipped flat, much loved by the owners who use it regularly for weekends and holidays, hence it has most things you will need in good working order. What3Words: roof soak fence

The Old Apple Store

A lovely renovated old apple store in Kent. Featuring a pretty double bedroom and mezzanine floor with futon. Guests have their own garden to enjoy in the summer or a wood burner inside to cosy up to in winter. Situated in the countryside, a short drive to Tunbridge Wells. There are a huge range of activities and sights nearby including the lovely Penshurst Place. There are also so many fantastic places to eat and drink giving guests a lot of options to keep busy.
