Beautiful house, with great accommodations. We LOVED the hammocks, there are plenty of games and puzzles to keep everyone entertained on rainy days, and the pool and hot tub were fantastic. Beverly was a great host and gave helpful recommendations for area restaurants and things to do. She even checked in with us during our stay to make sure we were satisfied. We would definitely like to return!

After trying for a few years to schedule a family vacation, this became ‘our spot’. Of all the places we looked at, we decided this place had ‘something for everyone’, and it did not disappoint. The upper deck was our go-to place for morning coffee, and a breath-taking sunset view over the sound. The adventurers had kayaks for the sound and boogie boards for the beach. All enjoyed exploring the area, visiting museums and different beach access points. Much fun for gamers, too. Our ‘eat out’ plans changed when we saw the well-appointed kitchen. We baked with the KitchenAid, and — how many places have a perfectly seasoned cast iron pan waiting in a beautiful, modern kitchen? Plenty of towels and extra covers for the chilly nights, also, made us comfortable. Our hosts were extremely responsive before and during the trip. We never felt anything was ‘too small’ to ask. They also provided a solid guidebook. It’s clear they love this place, and want guests to love it, too.

We got married directly on the beach from Josh's house in a small intimate ceremony. Our family had so much fun in the house during the week. The kids loved the heated pool and we all enjoyed the hot tub at night. The house was beautiful and had places for everyone to hang out. We enjoyed the pool table and watched a few movies in the cinema room. Josh was very responsive to the few questions I had. We are already talking about when our next trip to the obx will be!

I had been looking forward to this trip as an opportunity to make memories with our young adult children and it did not disappoint! The home was very clean, and sunrises from the dock were beautiful. The four bedrooms provided ample space for everyone yet the layout made it cozy and inviting. We enjoyed fishing off of the dock, close proximity to Manteo, and interacting with the friendly neighbors of the four and two-legged varieties. We had an amazing time! We typically never stay at the same home twice when we travel, but we loved our time at ‘Always Sonny’ and hope to return very soon!

The Loophole is a beautiful home in the perfect location. You can sit on the porch and watch the sunrise or just enjoy the waves. The house had all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon.

Great location, very easy boardwalk over the dunes. Great surfing right out front - close to the pier and all the shops and restaurants. The property was very clean and comfortable. Would rent again!

Great price and perfect location in Nags Head, close to the ranger outlets and shopping and restaurants.

This is a great place to stay in Nags Head. The house is well organized, decorated, and clean. The host, Derek, is very responsive and friendly. He stocked the house with all the items one can imagine. The beach is across the busy street so the drive is only a minute. Plenty of places to eat close by. Plenty of things to do close by. Close by to all of the tourist attractions. We are definitely going to stay here again.

Really enjoyed the condo it was a perfect base camp for a variety of activities in the OBX. There was a well stocked kitchen which was great as we did a lot of home meals. The condo was nicely decorated, and the beds were super comfy! James was easy to contact and communicated back quickly if asked a question. Was a great stay.

We loved No Ordinary Sunrise! Thomas was a great host, and we would definitely return to this beautiful home again. It was spotless and the location is great for anyone looking to adventure around the Outer Banks.
