Staying at Luam's place was great! The house looks exactly as it is listed. We wish the pool would have been available for use :( but all other amenities and accommodations were exceptional! The house came with a fully stocked kitchen perfect for cooking a great meal. The house was spacious and there was plenty of room for all of my guests. There could be more mirrors in the house as the only mirrors were in the bathrooms and 1 large mirror in the living room and the beds were slightly hard but that did not take away from how amazing the house was. It was 20 minutes from DC in a quiet area. The perfect home away from home. Thanks, Luam for being so responsive and providing easy check-in instructions. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

Perfect place for our stay in Germantown. Very cozy and the kitchen was fully stocked with cookware. Plenty of rooms for everyone to have their own space and also the family room was big enough for everyone to hang out together.

Staying here made our family wedding stay away from home, a very memorable and fun weekend for the whole family. Muvh better than being stuck in a hotel with lots of kids!!

This was a great place for our family of 13 to stay during the weekend of our niece's wedding in Baltimore. The home has plenty of large common areas, dining space, and super comfortable beds - even the queen-size bunk beds on the lower level had high-end mattresses. The kitchen is well-equipped. We had 4 additional family members drop in for dinner on our last night there, and it was no problem preparing food for, and serving, 17 people. Everyone was happy with this choice for our accommodations.

The house is perfect, wonderful location close to the Capitol and the Mall, the house itself is charming, cosy and comfortable, with an outdoor space, and in a lovely neighborhood of old row houses. Communication with the host was excellent. We hope to stay at Maggie's place again one day!

The place is clean and quiet! It is very spacious and has a large back yard. We arrived early so I texted Samad. And Samad’s response was quick and he let us to have early checkin. In general, my friends and I all liked the place and enjoyed the stay here!

Demetria’s Place was absolutely amazing! The home looked exactly like the photos—actually, it exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean, beautifully renovated, and thoughtfully designed. My family and I especially enjoyed spending time in the bar/game room—it was a perfect space to relax and have fun together. The room sizes were spacious and comfortable, and it’s clear that a lot of care went into updating the home. Demetria was also incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything even smoother. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay. We’ll definitely be back!

Great, affordable option for our stay, which was to go to concerts at the Black Cat and Anthem. The 14th Street buses, which take you to the Green metro line at Columbia Heights, stop 2 blocks away so it was easy to get down to U Street and the Wharf. Finally, the spacious outdoor area was a nice bonus.

Quiet neighborhood, beautiful area. It's in a community, not close to restaurant's or activities. It's a great place to relax at night. Beds were comfy, great shower and kitchen area. Very spacious. Truly appreciated the accommodations on our late check in Can hear the family upstairs as mentioned but Hashim and family were quick to quiet down the kids in the morning, so not a problem. Would happily stay here again.

Such a lovely, comfortable home. Everything we needed. Loved the location. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and neighbors were friendly. There's a park with walking trails and lake half a mile walk away. The house was perfect. Relaxing. Comfortable beds and bedding. The record player was an added bonus, as were the puzzles and board games for the rainy days. Communication was excellent. Answered any questions quickly and was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time staying here! Cute home on a quaint street. We were able to easily walk to many shops and restaurants on King Street and walk to the Metro! Very good location to explore Alexandria and DC!

Aivet’s place was very beautiful and spacious. We truly enjoyed our stay there as well. We highly recommend it to anyone who’s looking to travel and relax at the same time. Wonderful host and accommodations. Picturesque well appointed and great comfortable beds. We felt right at home and had great workspaces as well. Host was extremely helpful and responsive and gave us great restaurant recommendations. We would love to return.

My wife, two kids, pup and I all enjoyed our stay at this well appointed and super comfy home. It is in a great location with parking on site and a cute park right out the back door. Walk to lots of cute restaurants, bus and metro easily. The host was super accommodating and easy to get in touch with. Will definitely stay here again if ever in the DC area.
