Convenient location for working in town for the week

Eileen was a Great host and very responsive if we needed anything. Also very helpful in recommending local Fav’s . Location ideal as very close to dwntwn BNTNVLL //. Loved the cycling friendly amenities ( Bike wash station, tools. Cleaning supplies etc) . Cyclist minded, but anyone would enjoy space and close proximity to town. Will book when we return for 2025 BIG SUGAR GRVL! - Shanon & Friends

We had an amazing stay! Emily went above and beyond and even made sure we had a bassinet for our 7 week old. Amazing decor and everything was clean. Our 3 year old loved the kids room and had a blast running around the house when we weren't going around town.

We had a wonderful time at this property. Everything was exactly as described. We had plenty of towels. The linens were nice. There were plenty of pillows. There were even items for the younger children including a pack n play, high chair and cups with lids. Amber was responsive to all questions. Our whole family was pleased, and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful low-stress weekend.

Salome Is the best of the best hosts. We visited Bentonville for my husband to ride the mt bike trails, and was looking for a rental that was close to trails, and this house is perfect. Communication is very clear, instructions for everything so checking in is quick and easy. The house is very thoughtfully laid out and decorated. You immediately feel welcomed into the cozy space. The house is immaculate. Everything is set up in a very welcoming vibe. We ate some simple meals in, and the kitchen was stocked for us to do that easily. Pillows, blankets and towels were plentiful and easily found. From luggage racks to night lights, games and snacks- hosts that think of every detail are not the norm. Salome is a seasoned host and makes you feel welcomed and appreciated. She checked in on us a couple of times, just to make sure we didn't have any needs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Bentonville and hope to return again, and hope to stay with Salome again.!

Kevin and Linda were very helpful with getting into the space. It was clean and accessible. The views were the best part. I would consider staying again in warmer weather.

Great instructions for finding and getting into the upstairs private space. Clean, purposeful and personal described the details these hosts put into their Airbnb. Good location— walkable to the square and bikable to crystal Bridges if it wasn’t pouring for the 24 hours we were in Bentonville. This place was great and would be super for a longer stay!!

Karen’s place was immaculately clean, the bed is super comfy, everything felt fresh and new and carefully selected for the space. It is private and quiet. Karen was very friendly and accommodating- I got sick during my stay and she arranged for a late check out and offered to bring me things to help my recovery! I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

A nice place for a post-concert stay. A short car ride to the Walmart AMP. Very clean. Easy instructions with clear communication!

My favorite stay in Bentonville. We especially enjoy watching the planes Nextdoor. Convenient location and very cordial hosts. Everything is top notch.

We loved our stay at Table Rock Lake. The accommodations were exactly as pictured and described. We had a few questions and the response from Audrey was immediate. She was very helpful and friendly. The condo was well stocked and very clean. The view was beautiful. We had an amazing vacation.

My family and I took a trip to Branson and decided to stay here. It is 30 minutes or so to Branson, but doesn't seems far as you drive. Everything was clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place. I bet it's nice to stay here in the summer.

Excellent location, central and very walkable to downtown. Great amenities very clean and onsite parking. Comfort level would be increased with a larger loveseat or full size couch and a device to watch our own streaming services ie. Roku. We had an excellent stay, loved Bentonville and definitely would stay here again they are excellent hosts!

We had an amazing stay at this condo! It was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed, and the amenities made our trip even better. My husband and I took the weekend to enjoy nature and be with each other. This property provided exactly what we needed. We were able to bring our fur babies. They felt right at home. The balcony had a little gate that we were able to close and they were able to roam on the deck. I was very happy with how clean the home was even we arrived. We were not able to check in until 11pm on Friday and Aspen was very understanding and kind of our situation. While we were here, we did not see any neighbors, it was very peaceful and quiet. We were close to Eureka Springs and Missouri. The lake view is beautiful. You may not be able to see the lake from the property but you are still right next to the water. The property was great for us and made our trip stress free. Thank you Aspen for the wonderful experience. We will most definitely be staying at another property of Aspens! It does rain a lot In the area, don't forget your raincoats.
