Välkomna till ett nyrenoverat boende med väldigt bra kommunikationer till centrala Malmö och Köpenhamn. På få kvadratmeter har vi skapat ett smart och modernt compact living där vi tagit vara på varje kvadratmeter. Här finns möjlighet att ta promenader i lantlig miljö eller bara ta det lugnt på den privata uteplatsen (40 m2) med egen bubbelpool. Boendet - Hyllie station (där Emporia köpcentrum ligger) tar det 12 minuter med buss. Hyllie station - Köpenhamn centrum tar det 28 min med tåg.

Njut av härliga Höllviken i detta centralt belägna och nybyggda gästhus! Gästhuset är ett attefallshus på 30 m2 plus 10 m2 sovloft och har egen parkering, privat ingång och egen uteplats som är insynsskyddad och avskild från bostadshusets övriga trädgård. Vi erbjuder ett privat och fridfullt boende på lugn gata med mysig och lummig trädgård med närhet till både strand, shopping och restauranger. Boendet består av badrum med dusch, utrustat kök, vardagsrum med bäddsoffa och ett sovloft.

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende. Ta en kort promenad till stranden eller skogen! Finns bra med butiker och ett litet kokvrå att göra er egen mat. Vill man hellre äta ute ligger centrum en bit bort med stort utbud utav olika sorters restauranger. En idyll och få uppleva den svenska sommaren på bästa möjliga vis! Då vi själva bor i huset bredvid stugan och området är väldigt lugnt så accepteras inte några fester eller högljudda tillställningar under några omständigheter.

The guest house is located in central Höllviken and very close to many restaurants and shops. Bicycles might be available to lend.

This cozy cottage dating from the 19th century is idyllically situated next to a small pond in the countryside, close to hiking and bike trails. Malmö is 30km away, Lund 25km. The house hosts 6 guests comfortably in 2 bed rooms, and has got all facilities like dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, TV, wifi (fiber) and a large garden with a grill for barbecue. Strax utanför Trelleborg hyr vi ut vårt gästhus på 25kvm + loft. Ca 7 minuter med bil till närmsta strand och matbutik. 6km till Trelleborg centrum. Naturnära, mysig lugn miljö. Loftet har en dubbelmadrass och en singel. Finns extra madrass och soffa. Utrustat kök med kyl, frys och ugn/spis. Kaffe och tekokare finns tillgängligt. Fullt utrustat badrum med dusch. Gästhuset ligger längre ner på boningshusets tomt och det finns parkering tillgänglig för gäster.
