Come and feel at home in this comfy and quiet unit that is nestled beside a peaceful pond where you’ll enjoy beautiful sunsets every evening! With a spacious open living area you can kick back and watch your favorite movies or shows on the 80 inch smart tv. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal or you may enjoy trying out the restaurants nearby. We are a short drive away from the pristine beaches of Topsail Island, halfway between Wilmington and Jacksonville.

Cozy Chalet-Style Pet Friendly Home

Our cottage is back up for vacation rental! It's minutes from Surf City and our favorite stomping grounds. We have great restaurants, grocery stores, and breweries all within a short drive. Sandpiper Brewing is walking distance. The Surf City Skate Park is one of our favorite spots as well now that we have kids in the area. Be sure to visit Topsail Island for a day on the beach and end your day at our favorite go-to spots - Surf City Smash and Hidden Ships Distillery. You might see us there!

I bed 1 bathroom studio apartment secondary unit that has a private entrance with dock on the canals in beautiful Surf City. Swim right out your door. Sit on the dock in the sun or under the gazebo. Gas fire pit for those cool evenings on the dock. 2 kayaks .High speed internet. Desk available if need a workspace. Minutes to beach. Max 2 guest. No boats or jet skis and no visitors allowed at anytime during your stay. Linens provided. Boat is stored there when not in use as in the last pic.

It has a spacious driveway to accommodate a boat or other trailers and the ability to plug-in for charging. 10 minutes to Topsail Beach, 9 minutes to North Shore golf course, 8 minutes to Turkey Creek boat ramp and 45 minutes to downtown Wilmington. Conveniently located near US 17, Surf City and Camp Lejeune.

Large yard area to park your boat/SUV. This home is fully stocked with a king, full, and twin bed, TV’s, and large family kitchen table. If you enjoy walking or running, great to take a 5 minute drive down to Surf City Bridge and park for free to walk over bridge, on beach, and pier over the water.
