Great stay! The home is on a quiet lot surrounded by lots of trees. Fenced in back yard which our dog absolutely loved. The large deck off the side was lovely. Quiet, comfy place, convenient to the expressway and a quick drive to downtown.

Overall it was a good experience. A little hard for us to find late at night in the dark… but all was good once we made it. Very friendly communication.

Dear Arthur...your place is incredibly awesome! It was perfect for our out-of-town guests and everyone was comfortable and really enjoyed BEING AT the house as opposed to going out. The vinyl collection was great, the game room was fantastic, my friends said the beds were comfortable, and it was beautifully decorated with fun art and furniture. Next time we need an Airbnb for out-of-town friends, I will not hesitate to recommend this house. I've mentioned to my friends and neighbors the same. This place is a GEM!!!!

Gina’s property is always so clean, thoughtfully decorated, and offers so many amenities. My husband and I enjoy having coffee outside on the patio and cooking meals in the well-appointed kitchen. Gina is a 5⭐️host and is always responsive.

We had an incredible stay at this vacation home! From the moment we arrived, we knew we had picked the right place. The house is spacious, beautifully maintained, and had more than enough room to comfortably accommodate our extra large family—kids, grandparents, and all! The highlight for everyone was definitely the pool. It was clean, the perfect temperature, and had plenty of seating and space around it for relaxing or watching the kids splash around. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made cooking for our big group easy, and the dining and living areas gave us all room to spread out without ever feeling cramped. The location was peaceful but still close enough to shops and attractions. We made unforgettable memories here and are already talking about booking our next stay. Highly recommend this home for any large group or family looking for the perfect mix of comfort, fun, and relaxation! Jay is absolutely amazing as a host!

Me and my wife travel a lot and this is definitely one of the better air bnb.s. Backyard had a lot of space and the arcade games were great! Only thing I wish there was a few more blankets besides that it was a great stay.

Wow! One of my favorite Airbnbs I've stayed at, especially in the tiny house realm. It boasts thoughtful amenities, location, AND aesthetic. If I ever lived alone again, this would be my dream spot! I stayed at The Starling hotel in midtown a few months back, and I'd say this rivals that experience. With taxes and valet, it came to about the same price but was less cozy and private at the hotel. We came in at midnight from a long drive, but the host was very detailed in their on-boarding message to help us make the most of our time instead of just giving a long list of complicated rules. When we or I come back to Atlanta, I'm definitely going to be looking to grab this spot again. Thank you!

This is honestly one of the best places to stay in the area! The hosts are so kind and polite; they treated me like family. They are genuinely some of the kindest people. The apartment is clean, quiet, and has everything you could possibly need. I actually specifically booked this listing again because I stayed here a few years ago and was so impressed with my experience. I would without a doubt recommend this place to anyone traveling to the Sandy Springs area!

Henry’s place was Perfect , It was clean , in a great neighborhood and close to a lot of restaurants and dope spots around the city for tourists my family enjoyed it on top of that him and his wife had great communication throughout our stay I’d definitely recommend staying here

Place was great. Quite a few stairs so it is not right for everyone. Very convenient to Piedmont Hospital, which unfortunately, was the point of our visit. The building has multiple apartments, so it was a little confusing to find in the dark. Once you get there though, it is clean, well-appointed, and the beds are comfortable. The area felt safe. Would definitely stay here again.

Great communication from the host, comfortable place with lots of room to hang out. Nice temperature control! The outdoor space was especially nice with both a back porch and covered yard patio. Big TVs, full kitchen, pleasant space overall. Peaceful neighborhood. We stayed for 5 nights and by the end we had run out of toilet paper, trash bags, and clean towels, so we would've appreciated having some more supplies in the house... but if we had requested them I'm sure Naomi would've taken care of it -- she was very responsive and communicative, wonderful host. I had to book this Airbnb last minute and the host came through for us. I originally booked a 2 bedroom suite hotel and canceled because it was the worse place ever. I reached out to this host and less than an hour I was confirmed. This place was very cozy, clean and close to all the shopping stores you need. I would most definitely book with him again. This rental was absolutely beautiful and comfortable for our group. It is much bigger than it looks in the pictures and was very clean. We appreciated all of the little touches and the great kitchen that was very well stocked. My only comment for people renting this place is that the driveway is short and very steep which made it difficult for us to get my elderly mother into and out of the car. It can accommodate two cars, not really four.

We truly enjoyed our stay! The location is fabulous, in close proximity to restaurants, shopping, and anything else you might need. The house is cute and comfortable, and the kitchen is well equipped. It has everything you could possibly want to prepare meals. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and if you’re lucky, you might even see a deer in the backyard! Our host, Sal, was always available and accommodating, and very quick to respond to any questions. If you are relocating to the area, she should be your first point of contact. She is an expert on the surrounding areas. She was the perfect host and we would definitely stay here again.
