We've had so much fun hosting our original, The Ivywood Barn, we decided to add on. Welcome to The Ivywood Barn Too! Our home property came with an old horse barn and stables and a feed room; two rooms under one roof. In 2018, we turned the horse barn and stables into The Ivywood Barn. Now we've converted the feed room into The Ivywood Barn Too! Two private rooms, two private entrances under one roof. So, if you're a party of 2, choose either side. If you're a party of 4, choose them both!

Relax at the MartInn, a newly renovated guesthouse only 20 minutes from downtown Athens, Ga. This one bedroom guesthouse is situated on a peaceful, wooded lot. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the deck, and then scramble some farm fresh eggs provided by the host’s chickens. The guesthouse is within 10-15 minutes of the Firefly Bike Trail, the North Oconee River Greenway, and Watson Milll Bridge State Park. Also nearby is the Broad River Outpost to rent kayaks for a float down the Broad River.

No cleaning fee, only fees required by airbnb and GA! Quiet country setting only 9 miles from downtown Athens and UGA. Complete one bedroom, one bath apartment with full kitchen. Perfect for that game day get away, parents weekend, or business traveler wanting more space than a hotel room! Full sized bed in the bedroom with a double futon in the living area. This is a residence and the family lives upstairs. You have full access to the apartment with your own entrance.

Originally built in 1957 in Athens, GA and relocated to Storybook Farm, the Cottage finds itself among the most special characters! While staying at the Cottage, you may meet Dromedary camels, make friends with a strawberry loving African warthog, or sneak a peak of hatching cygnets. At night, enjoy peace and quiet in the North Georgia air and wake up refreshed & ready for another day on the farm! A unique experience for families, friends, and couples of any age.

Located on the South Fork Broad River just below Watson Mill Bridge State Park, this A-Frame is a unique and tranquil escape. Perfect for a couple’s getaway, it features a king-size loft bed and peaceful river views. Bring your beach towels and enjoy the chairs provided for relaxing on the sandbars and rocks in the river. In the pasture behind the cabin, our friendly goats love attention and are always happy to greet guests.
