Im Sommer Wanderungen rund um die Bergen, Baden in den umliegenden Seen (Rufalipark, Davos Munts, Caumasee, Crestasee) und der perfekte Ort zum Relaxen. Für Mountainbike Liebhaber ist auch gesorgt, viele tolle Trails warten auf Sie. Im Winter warten wunderschöne Skipisten im Gebiet Obersaxen/Mundaun auf Sie und auch eine Langlaufloipe befindet sich direkt im Dorf.

Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

We prepared our flat to offer you a romantic and unique stay in Flims.There is a Jacuzzi to relax yourself with bath salts after a long hike, or if you prefer you can walk 5 minutes to the 5 stars Alpine Spa. The supermarket is on the ground floor and all the bus stop is just 50 meter from the front door. We offer you a welcome breakfast, doing so from the beginning of your stay you will be stress-free.
