The bathroom is OUTSIDE across the courtyard. The stairs to the bedroom are narrow and STEEP. (for 3 or more people, I have a separate listing the includes the downstairs bedroom. Note: upstairs bedroom is not lockable).

Located in a quiet, leafy suburb with shops nearby this apartment is in a sturdy house built in 1965 with a picnic lawn and view to Rangituhi. A 15 min walk to the railway station. Kapiti Line, min drive to Te Rauparaha Arena, Whitireia Polytechnic and the Police College. 20 - 30 min drive to Wellington. The space can be comfortable with one bed, or a family space with an extra one or two beds. There ‘s a lip (small wooden barrier) into the shower and a low ceiling. Great Wifi No TV.
