Just a short drive away, experience Wainuiomata beach for fishing, river swimming, and seal-watching. If you head 2 mins North you tramp the Remutaka Forest Park. The Baring Head Regional park is right around the corner to go biking, walking or view the lighthouse & lake. If you're a golf fan, make sure to check out the Wainuiomata Golf Club, it’s only 10 mins away.

Located in a quiet, leafy suburb with shops nearby this apartment is in a sturdy house built in 1965 with a picnic lawn and view to Rangituhi. It’s a: 15 min walk to the railway station. Kapiti Line 10 min drive to Te Rauparaha Arena, Whitireia Polytechnic and the Police College. 20 - 30 min drive to Wellington. The space can be comfortable with one bed, or a family space with an extra one or two beds. There is a step onto the area and a lip (small wooden barrier) into the shower.

The bathroom is OUTSIDE across the courtyard. The stairs to the bedroom are narrow and STEEP. 3rd guest can stay on the cosy day bed/couch
