Richard's apartment was in a good location, easily accessible to Manhattan with a short walk to local transport, shops and restaurants. It was very comfortable and had everything and more that we needed for our stay. We particularly liked the extra attention to detail that Richard included such as cold drinks, coffee pods, soap and extra towels so that we really didn't have to buy anything ourselves. Our host was extremely attentive and responded to questions immediately and also provided us with useful recommendations for shops and restaurants which we used. The apartment provided us with the perfect stay for our family holiday in New York.

Perfect Airbnb for my group of 8! Easy to get to, very clean and comfortable. Silvia was an excellent host, and very responsive / helpful. If I ever needed to stay in the area again with a group, I would definitely book with Silvia!

We were looking for a place in Bergen County for a family of 5 for a few weeks. The house was perfect for us, with big rooms, equipped kitchen and clean bathrooms. It is in a nice neighborhood, quiet but close to everything we needed. The place felt like home. Ossi was very responsive and easy to communicate. She was very accommodating and was a great help. We highly recommend.

Had a short but pleasant stay at Lilia’s place in Yonkers. We had a bit of trouble with temperature control on the first night, but it was addressed as soon as we reached out to the hosts. Spacious accommodations and relatively peaceful, though you may like to bring earplugs if you’re noise-sensitive when sleeping as this apartment is located close to the highway and has window unit ACs that turn on and off noisily. It met our needs and was a convenient location to visit our family in the Bronx!

We really enjoyed our stay here. it was close to where we needed to be and the interstate. Shopping, coffee, gas and the park were close and convenient. The kitchen and eating area was a little small but other than that, a good value. Asyie was always available for questions.

Kona is a beautiful home to stay. The place was clutter free and well decorated, it looked exactly like it was on the photos. The house was very well maintained. The rooms were large and lots of well planned space. Elayna is a great host. She was always ready with an answer within 30 minutes of asking. She is not only responsive but very friendly. The property had all the amenities as promised in the description. I would recommend this place very strongly to friends and family for future. I would rate Kona a five star property and Elayna a five star host.

The house was absolutely beautiful well cap very clean and organize. I rented this place for Christmas so there was ample items that we found usable to make a beautiful Christmas table presentation. I would highly recommend this place again. Thank you Martha for your hospitality.

I had an exceptional stay at this Airbnb! The unit was impeccably clean, and located in a very safe neighborhood. It’s conveniently close to New York and Manhattan, with easy access within 25 minutes. Plus, there are lots of convenient stores around. The host was incredibly responsive, addressing any minor issues promptly. I highly recommend this unit to anyone visiting the area

Great location and stay

I stayed for the month of April with my dog and everything was great. The grounds are well maintained and the building has a ton of amenities including garage parking. Would recommend to anyone looking for a short term rental!

El hospedaje está increíble, moderno, limpio, ordenado, muy bien ubicado, ideal para desplazarce a Manhattan, el bus pasa en la esquina. La zona muy completa, hay de todo para comprar. The apartment is new, convenient and well-equipped. The furniture and all accessories were brand new at the time of our stay (April 2025), we hope that the guests and the owners will keep everything in such a good shape in the future. This hotel-style unit is spacious and quiet, facing a large inner plaza, with double-glazed windows that are effective against noise. The Manhattan view is great, day and night, as mentioned in most of the guest reviews. There are Venetian blinds on the large windows but be aware that they don't completely block the morning light from the east (if you are sensitive to this issue). The bed is comfortable and the linens are nice. Jeff is super-responsive and cooperative, willing to satisfy his guests. In general, Hoboken is a very pleasant small town and New York is easily accessible from there. In conclusion: A highly recommended Airbnb apartment in Hoboken NJ.

I loved the place , everything was near by and it was clean and had everything I needed while my stay. The host was very responsive at all times . I'll definitely stay here again .

The apartment was very nice and fully equipped for our stay. The Path station to NYC was 5 minutes away by walking and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. The staff was always nice and available, really appreciated the reception 24/7. The residence was really wonderful and there was plenty of restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Highly recommended!

We stayed for 6 nights. The accommodation was everything we needed, very clean and very close to great amenities, restaurants and bus transport. We were very happy with everything.

Joes place was exactly what my family needed and will definitely consider staying there again on our next trip to New Jersey.

Was there to run Brooklyn 1/2 marathon with this being a great location for easy access in/out of JFK and close to subway station to get to all the spots we wanted to do.

We had a great time staying in Ty's place. Easy access to the subway (two different lines) meant we could spend our days exploring the city. Ty was a really responsive, thoughtful host & everything was as advertised. Would definitely stay here again!
