Cute little first floor unit with a few small stairs to get in. Away from the attractions so you aren't tempted, but close enough to get there if you wanted. Decent sized back yard and a cute little deck right off the kitchen. Lots of space for sitting. Just be aware, the driveway apron is a really high angle and the street is very crowned. If you have a standard car and not an SUV you will scrape. I damaged my front bumper on it, but that is my fault for parking in the driveway not Meghans. Based on the previous reviews, and current condition of the place, it really does look like Meghan is making good investments towards the property. I would recommend this unit and return again in the future.

L'appartement est très propre, dans un environnement agréable et calme et très bien situé car tout près du bus qui mène directement à Manhattan en une vingtaine de minutes. Estefania s'est montrée très disponible et tout s'est passé de façon parfaite. C'est une adresse que nous réutiliserons quand nous reviendrons à NY et nous la recommandons vivement.

We had a great stay at Marions. She was very nice. The place looked great. My brother loved the basketball game on the main bedroom door. “Best place ever” was what he had to say about it. The only thing was, that we could hear the city traffic quite a bit. But we were too exhausted from traveling to really mind and still slept good and the beds were comfy. Check in and out was easy and Marion answered our questions in no time. Would definitely recommend staying there!

Convenient location, close to Fairmount Park and Center City attractions. Quiet street to escape the hustle and bustle of a major city. Ample street parking, walkable neighborhood. Unit is comfortable and well appointed.

The house was cozy and comfortable, with pretty decor and thoughtful amenities. Betsy was an outstanding host, always quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We felt truly at home and would highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a memorable experience.

What a lovely home!!! Jerrell was the perfect host from my first inquiring contact and continued to be accommodating throughout. Wish the weather hadn’t turned colder so we could use the pool, but it was the start of Fall. Thank you again for opening up your home to my family. It was the perfect home away from home as we celebrated our son’s wedding that weekend at a local venue near your home. Highly recommend and if there’s ever a need to be back and the area, we would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay! Location was great and in a safe neighborhood. Michael was very helpful and responsive to any questions, including before we booked the stay. The breakfast fixings and bottle of wine provided was a great perk. I would highly recommend staying here if you’re going to the Wilmington area!

It was thoughtfully equipped, comfortable, and felt like a real home away from home. The location was ideal – close to the marina and a variety of good restaurants, making it easy to enjoy area. Some friends and I stayed for a long weekend for my birthday. The house is a very special place, with both beautiful historic details and modern conveniences. We had a great time grilling on the patio and relaxing in the hot tub. The lake and property is very peaceful and a good place for bird watching. One day we took a beautiful spring walk around the lake at Parvin state park which is a short drive away. The kitchen was probably the best stocked of any rental we’ve stayed, with every tool you could possibly need! The rooms were spacious and bright, and every bed was very comfortable, including the pull out couch in the super cozy lower level. The 7 of us had a great time and would very happily return again! Ernesto was an excellent host and very quickly responded with any questions that popped up. Thanks to him & Alan for a wonderful stay!

Staying at Angel and Frank's Airbnb was an absolute joy. From the moment I arrived, I felt incredibly welcomed—they truly go above and beyond to make their guests feel at home. All the personal touches throughout the space made it feel warm, thoughtful, and better than any hotel I've ever stayed in. The location is perfect, with everything within walking distance, and the views are simply stunning. It honestly felt like I was visiting family back on the East Coast. If I'm lucky enough to have the chance, I would absolutely stay here again!

Adair was very communicative and the condo was amazing! The decorations were a standout and made the unit feel like home.

Just perfect for our trip visiting NYC! It is very easy and safe to walk to the train. The grocery store is even closer… small in size but well stocked. We ate dinner at two recommended restaurants in Jersey City - both yummy! We did not mind hearing a little family sounds at all. And for sleeping… the neighborhood is quiet! Book it and enjoy!

5 nachten verbleven bij Phil en Gio, en voelde als thuis! De ruimte is precies zoals beschreven. Lekker ruim, en een aparte ruimte om je kleding/spullen in op te bergen. Het bed slaapt erg lekker en zelf de slaapbank, is voor een slaapbank erg goed. Zelfs als je deze hebt uitgeklapt, heb je meer dan voldoende ruimte in de kamer. In de ochtend wordt je gewekt door de vogeltjes die fluiten. Met een koffieapparaat en koffiecups bij de hand, geniet je in de ochtend van een lekker kopje koffie op her balkon met prachtig uitzicht op Manhattan! Met de bus en tram om de hoek, sta je in 20 minuten in Manhattan! Deze plek is heerlijk juist ook omdat je even kan ontsnappen aan de drukte van de stad en hier lekker tot rust kan komen. Om de hoek zit een supermarkt waar je alles kan halen wat je nodig hebt! Voor een volgende bezoek aan NYC, zou ik zeker weer hier verblijven! Bedankt, Phil & Gio, voor de goede zorgen!

we thought Dan,& Diane were great host. Beautiful place and my Dog,and Bird had a wonderful time.The unit was very clean,great AC,and Ice maker. You could not of asked for anything more,the 6 boat slips in front of you, (Private people) were nothing but polite and we enjoyed many conversations with some of them.The large porch with a gate was one of our favorite parts.You can walk to restaurants, Bar, and lots of entertainment. ( Fishing, silver Bullet) We think we would book this place again, and HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOME. It's not real big,( inside) but all you need TV,coffee maker, Toaster,plates,bowls,microwave, and plates,bowls, silverware. I rate the place a 10,and can't wait until we can go back. Thank you Dan,Diane, for your professionalism, and your warm hearts. We appreciated our treats for our dog. God Bless you both,until we meet again. P.S. Tell Your neighbor, nice meeting them.

Home like beautiful apartment nice location accessible to all .. city life style , responsive and respectful host , most importantly i was able to find parking visible from apartment windows , bed was very very comfortable, soft and fluffy, thank you and until next booking keep warm and cozy vibes
