כבר בתגובה הלבבית הראשונה ניתן היה להרגיש את הכנסת האורחים ואת החמימות. כל שאלה שלי (והיו לא מעט) נענתה בסבלנות ובאדיבות והורגש מאוד שבצד השני יש אדם שאכפת לו מטובת והנאת האורחים שלו. הגענו לדירה קבוצה של חברות טובות מכל רחבי הארץ כדי לחגוג ביחד בסופ"ש אירוע חשוב לכולנו והדירה ענתה על כל הצרכים שלנו ואפילו מעבר. הכל היה מאורגן ומסודר, הוראות ברורות לכל דבר, פינוקים קטנים שחיכו לנו, הדירה נראית בדיוק כמו בתמונות והכל היה מאוד נוח ונגיש. רוב הקבוצה שומרת שבת והדירה מאובזרת בדיוק לצרכינו כולל מעלית שבת, יציאה מאוחרת במוצ"ש וכל מה שצריך בדירה עצמה. ממליצה בחום!

I recently rented an apartment from Shmuel for a month and a half and was very happy with my choice. The location is great, with easy access to local attractions. Despite its size, the apartment was cozy, clean and well-equipped, making my stay very comfortable. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, ensuring that all my requests were taken care of. Overall, it was a great experience and I would happily recommend this place to anyone planning to visit Haifa!

This is our second stay in this lovely apartment. Michelle is a great host - always responsive. The apartment is perfect for two people but would be quite a squeeze for more than that. Walk to the beautiful beach is just under one mile - passing by some shops and restaurants on the way. I highly recommend this rental.

One if the best renting experiences I had. The apartment is very basic, as can be seen on the photos, but very clean and everything in the apartment functions perfectly. The apartment is next to government offices, and one street crossing from the park. Arabic supermarket is 5 minutes walking distance and open on Saturdays.

הדירה של לין נעימה ביותר .הרגשנו כמו בבית.הכל היה מסודר ונקי ומוכן להגעתנו.יש מרפסת חביבה הצופה לים, והמרחק לים הוא ממש 5 דקות הליכה , והחוף מדהים ביופיו. מעבר לכך, מאוד נוח שיש מרכז מסחרי צמוד לבניין, עם בית קפה מעולה, בית מרקחת .הבונוס הנוסף היה חתול יפהפה שלא הפסקנו ללטף. נציין גם את גמישות בעלי הבית בנוגע לצ'ק אאוט, זה היה מאוד נחמד ועוזר! אנחנו ממליצים בחום על הדירה של לין!

Samha fue una anfitriona maravillosa, el departamento tenía una hermosa vista de la sede. El espacio de estacionamiento era la guinda del pastel. Viajaba con mi madre de 80 años con rodillas traseras y condición cardíaca, así que alquilé un auto y el estacionamiento seguro fue muy útil. Tengo muchas ganas de volver con mi familia y quedarme allí de nuevo.

Все понравилось. Хозяин очень приятный и лёгкий в общении. Все вопросы решал быстро. Рекомендую эту квартиру и обязательно приеду ещё раз.

great place to stay to explore the Pardes Hanna / Karkur area, really nice apartment and very comfortable stay. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in the area.

Impresionante departamento con un ambiente hogareño. La zona es muy fresca, a poca distancia del mercado de Talpiot con un balcón con vistas a toda la vista. Lleno de aire ligero y limpio. Pasamos un rato perfecto y una caída encantadora y nos dio recomendaciones sobre eventos y atracciones. Recomiéndalo con amor ❤️

דירה עם וייב חופש המרפסת על הים והגקוזי נותנים את אפקט החופש. היינו 5 חברות לא תכננו לצאת יותר מידי והזמנו אוכל לשם, לא היו לנו צפיות מהאזור והדירה סיפקה מענה מעולה ואחלה תמורה למחיר. אלינה זמינה ותגובתית. כן היו חסרות לנו מגבות למקלחות אחרי הגקוזי ונייר טואלט. במטבח יש את כל מה שצריך למעט דברים כמו שמן ותבלינים - שצריך להביא. המרפסת חלום, אחהצ היו רוחות חזקות מהים רצוי להביא משהו חם בכל מקרה

מקום מושלם לנפוש המקום כמו בתיאור יפה ומרווח ומואר נוף מטורף של חוף סירנית גקוזי מפנק מול הים הכל מושקע והכל איכותי יש במקום גריל גז הבעלים היה זמין מההזמנה ועד לסוף השהות עזר בכל מה שהיה צריך, נתן לנו הרגשה ממש טובה בקיצור ממליץ בחום, כי זה מקום מושקע ואיכותי עם נוף מטורף ומארח אדיב מה צריך יותר מזה
