Our property is easy to get to, yet secluded and quiet with exceptional views of the Hill Country. Cottage 1 has a bedroom with a queen bed and a twin pullout couch. I only live a few miles down the road towards the Pedernales Falls State Park (also something fun to do), so I will be handy if needed for any reason.
