We have been there for more than a week. It had really nice and amazing view from the appartment. You have swimming pool and gym in the price which is also great. Nice sightseeing around. I will come back again

I loved the place. I had an amazing experience staying at this 1-bedroom apartment.Very clean, stylish and quiet place. Nice view from balcony. I enjoyed staying there. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. I would definitely stay here again!

Jessica ist eine tolle Gasgeberin die auch sehr schnell auf Fragen und Anliegen reagiert. Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Bilder, sauber und groß, perfekt für ein Paar. Sehr bequemes Bett. Die Wohnung ist etwas weiter weg also muss man sich ein Taxi nehmen um zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten zu gelangen, da es keine Metro Station gibt. Und es ist etwas laut da die Wohnung genau an der Hauptstraße liegt, dafür kann Jessica aber nichts. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt.

Thank to Tosin for hosting us , the place was great and everything as described in the photos. The outside terrace was huge and suited us as a family . The huge projector was a great deal to watch movies at night . Every room had its own TV and access to (Netflix , youtube…) , the internet connection was covering every single corner inside the house, the building itself was clean and secured 24/7 . Highly recommended .

We had booked this place for a company retreat. The hosts were very generous, responsive and accommodating. Flexible with an early check-in, late check-out. The house is decorated beautifully and very well equipped - all kitchen goods were in excellent condition. The location is easy to find (you have to have a car, it's Dubai) and the backyard is serene and peaceful. Great stay and rare find for a large group of people. Highly recommended

Danke an den Gastgeber. Die Regeln haben mich an meine Jugendzeit auf einem Internat erinnert wie z.B keine Schuhe im Haus oder ab 23:00 Ruhe. Aber die Villa war einfach wunderschön und kann es allen empfehlen die Ruhe und Luxus suchen. Vielen Dank

As a Family of 4 who used to live in Dubai, this place was perfect, everything was as described and Roxanne and Aziz were unbelievably helpful and responsive from booking onwards and while we were staying there. We hired a car as we know our way around and the location was perfect, 15 mins away from almost everything. We really appreciated how easy it was to find the place and easy to get in and out. Thanks for a great stay! Hopefully visit here again. Jess

We had a wonderful day at Nihal’s place. The location was great and it was easy to get around. very clean and tidy. Nihal was an excellent host. She always responsive and had great local recommendations, My best friend and I quickly found a home in Nihal‘s place. The only issue is the air-conditioner was not cold in the afternoon because the unit is small only one ton, and the room is big, for sure i will book this place many times and i will recommended it for my friends

The villa was perfect for what we needed. We were holding a big family reunion and needed the additional bed space in the Ranches. Couldn't fault it and a bonus being so close to the Ranches Souk and Golf club (bars). Thanks so much.

Logement conforme à l’annonce, bonne emplacement avec place de parking vue très sympa sur la marina, supérette en bas de l’immeuble et snack, le petit plus du logement est la balade en bateau privé.

We had a wonderful 5-day stay at this beautiful apartment in Dubai Marina. The property was absolutely excellent – clean, beautifully decorated, and offering stunning views of the Marina. It was perfect for our family, with everything we needed to feel comfortable, including our 3-year-old son who loved watching the boats from the balcony. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to restaurants, supermarkets, and attractions all within walking distance. Every amenity we could possibly need was close by, making our stay incredibly convenient. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our visit, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience from start to finish. Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and we would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Dubai Marina!

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was clean, spotless,comfortable, and in a great location. The host was communicative and made check-in super easy. We especially loved the extra touches like balcony view ,baby essentials which is very difficult to find .Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the city
