One where the owners (your hosts) live, but you will still be able to have your own privacy. You will have easy access to Walmart and a few restaurants and coffee shops. It is approximately 15 miles from Sight and Sound in Strasburg, and also the town of Intercourse. And about a 30-minute drive from West Chester, Pa. The kitchen has all new appliances, including fridge, oven, microwave, and is fully stocked with kitchen essentials. It also has a spacious living room which comfortably seats 4. You have a back deck which would be a great place to drink your coffee, relax, and watch some wildlife. We want our guests to immediately feel welcome the moment they walk thru the front door. It is perfect for a quick visit or extended stay!

Covered Bridge Cottage

Located on a farm in the heart of Amish country and amid one of the largest concentrations of antiques in America, we are central to many attractions, yet quaint and secluded enough to provide a relaxing retreat. The Covered Bridge Cottage started out in the 1800’s as a mill office and over the years was converted into a home through several additions. The house has been in our family for close to a century and it was our honor to restore it to a comfortable, energy efficient, durable home.

Other features include: Wifi , TV’s , a small refrigerator/freezer , microwave, coffee maker and a Private 1 acre lot w/ parking ( 2 cars max). There is no kitchen .

The Pump Maker’s House Marshallton Historic Beauty

Situated in the historic village of Marshallton, this home is furnished in country style with lovely antiques and vintage items. The first half of the house was built in 1790 with an addition added in 1830. This house was the childhood home of George McFarland, pump maker. He was the town plumber and made wooden pumps in a shop in the rear. We have just completed an entire rehabilitation with brand new plumbing, electric, hvac, as well as brand new bathrooms and kitchen.
