Welcome to The Casita, our Mediterranean inspired beach bungalow in the Outer Banks. The vision for this home came about after we traveled in Europe and fell in love with the calming, slow-paced lifestyle of villages along the coast, mixed with rich architecture focused on natural elements & a soothing palettes. We designed and renovated this beach cottage to exude inspiration from those experiences and create an escape for ourselves and to share with others. We look forward to hosting you!

Goldie Guest Suite is a private getaway right in the middle of all the OBX has to offer! A short walking distance to the ocean (appx 3 minute drive, .4 miles) and other popular sights. Across from a local church, your host is a preacher and family of 4, plus two dogs and a cat. A pet-friendly private suite on the ground level with a private entry, patio, and fenced yard just for you and your furry friend. A quiet neighborhood and polite neighbors. This cozy 1 bedroom condo at Sundune Village is one block from the beach with beautiful views of the Wright Brothers Memorial and community pool. This 3rd floor WALK UP unit also boasts slight ocean views and lovely sunrises. We are located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, one block from the Martin Street beach access. It's an easy walk or bike ride to Bonzer Shack, Food Dudes, and many other restaurants and shops. NO PETS PLEASE! It is suitable for a couple or small family.
