Jessica's communication was awesome and she is a fantastic host overall. The apartment is very nice and the location is also great as longa s you don't mind walking-- about a 10 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to the Duck boardwalk. Lots of shops right nearby within a 5 minute walk too. The only caveat I'd say for the unit is it's not ideal for traveling with a toddler (which is no fault of the host nor really a negative in and of itself-- not every unit needs to be). The windows of the 2nd bedroom are south facing and we had a hard time getting it dark enough for nap time even with our own blackout curtains, and there are about 20 steps to walk up to the 2nd floor unit. The open floor plan is great, but also makes it a little hard to toddler proof. Again, not a negative, but just something to be aware for families traveling with young kids.

My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay in the Outer Banks! Jenny and Ania’s listing in Outer Banks is an affordable way to stay by the beach during peak season near Duck. There is a fantastic restaurant with scenic views across the street, and cute shops, delis, ice cream, a boardwalk and the famous Duck Donuts 1/2 a mile to a mile from the place! The rental was spacious and the perfect landing spot between trips to the nearby beach and other trips around the area. There are a lot of great amenities for an active family too - tennis, pickle ball, basketball, and two pool options. There is a brand new indoor facility with the pool, hot tub and small fitness center too! A special treat - there are deer wandering the grounds as you first come in! Jenny and Ania were very responsive and checked in to ensure things went smoothly for us. Definitely Recommend!!

This is a fantastic unit for a couple (or best friends!) retreat. The location is perfect - directly across the street from beach entrance, walking distance to great coffee shops, local ice cream, surf shops, brewery, food, convenience stores, and more! I liked the house was at the end of a cul-de-sac so no traffic on the street. The host is very friendly and responsive with great directions. Check in/out was hassle free. I will definitely be coming back for a long weekend getaway!

Amy made sure to communicate regularly from the moment I booked. She made all instructions very clear and when I reached out with any questions she was quick to respond.

We loved staying at Nadia’s property! The space was exactly as advertised and felt super welcoming. We were a very short walk from the beach, close to local restaurants, and loved being able to bring our pup along for the trip. The unit is on the smaller side, but had all the amenities and space that we needed. Also, Nadia did an impeccable job at maximizing the space with available storage and the furniture arrangement. We will definitely keep this spot on our radar for future beach trips!

The place was exactly as pictured- but I didn't realize there was no common sitting area. However, our weather was beautiful and the outside sitting area under the deck comfortably served as that. Just be aware, if you like to watch movies, or sporting events together- it has to be from bed. That being said- the beds were comfortable, the kitchen well equipped- and despite a person being upstairs, the upstairs noise was minimal. Easy walk to the sound and the ocean. We especially appreciated the umbrella, chairs and cart that were available for our use. We definitely enjoyed our long weekend at the beach! Thank you.

My family and I had a wonderful stay in OBX and Michaela’s beautiful home made our stay even better! The house is even more beautiful in person, super clean, and very convenient for our stay. The beach is only a 4min drive and she even recommended parking for the beach. The bay is at a walking distance, definitely loved walking there every morning after a nice cup of coffee. Michaela was an amazing host, she was wonderful with instructions and quick to respond. We will definitely be staying again in the future!

This will always be our favorite place to stay. Beautiful area to explore with sunrises in the morning on the beach and sunsets in the evening on the sound. So clean and welcoming. Thanks for everything!

We stayed at Mark's place for a weekend in OBX with our pup. The neighborhood quiet enough for morning walks but minutes from great restaurants, beach access (3 min by car and walkable if not), and groceries. We had everything we needed and more (beach chairs and umbrella!). Looking forward to making trips back this summer!

We loved staying at Lisa’s place! The Garden was the perfect studio apartment space for my husband and I. She had fresh linens, extra toiletries, and plenty of kitchen gadgets that made our stay extra cozy. Also the bed was top tier!! She was also very friendly and communicated well!

I loved my time here!! I got to meet the host, Yana, and she was so incredibly kind and was quick to offer any help. Check in was super convenient, apartment is very private, and the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful but also only a 5 min walk to grocery stores like Publix and super close to many restaurants and activities. Beach access is great as well—within walking/biking distance! Apartment has all the amenities you need. This was my first solo overnight trip and I couldn’t have felt more comfortable. Despite only staying for one night, I had an amazing time and will definitely consider staying here in the future.

Just had a great few days at the beach! 🏖️ This studio apartment worked well for us including our dog 🐕 Good central location MP 6.5 to all of the Outer Banks area. Had an absolutely wonderful stay at this cozy beach unit! Hosts were very inviting and also respect our privacy. Perfect getaway spot with only a 10 min walk to the beach and central to all the attractions. It’s also nice to be in an Airbnb that actually has pots and pans, towels that aren’t hotel-white, and personal touches throughout.

Glens place in Kitty Hawk was amazing! It was very clean and in an amazing spot in Obx:) This is by far the nicest place I’ve stayed in especially for the price. We even asked to stay an extra night last minute and Glen seemed more than happy to let us stay one more night! Absolutely recommend staying here:)

Great place and highly recommend! In Nags Head right across from Jockey Ridge Sand Dune State Park. Hot Tub in the backyard of the house. Short drive to a lot of good restaurants. 10-15 minutes to Kitty Hawk/Kill Devil Hills. 25-30 minutes to Duck. 40-45 minutes to Corolla. Erica was always very quick to respond to any questions we had.

Great stay & great host. She was very responsive. We had a minor issue (a vital kitchen appliance starting to not work well) and she jumped in and fixed the problem in no time by ordering a new one. She has put a lot of extra work into making the place feel welcoming & like home. My kids enjoyed the games and books. Overall a great experience!

We had a great stay! Instructions and information were concise, yet thorough. The unit was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub and the surrounding areas. Nice central location for not being oceanside. Would stay again!!

This was our first air bnb experience and it was amazing. If you are ever considering on going to Outer Banks, look no further than this amazing place. Pat communicated with us from the very beginning til our arrival answering questions and making sure that we were prepared for coming to the Outer Banks. Pat was there to greet us and show us around when we arrived. Everything showed just how thoughtful and intentional she is in making sure her guests have the best possible trip. We could not have asked for a better experience with everything. The access to the beach was so convenient and everything you could want was in walking distance. We will be back.

The location was incredibly convenient, with great proximity to the beach and local restaurants. One of the highlights of our stay was enjoying the sauna and jacuzzi. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable !

Loved this place! Gia was super kind and so helpful with everything, I unfortunately had left my wallet after check out time and she was super quick and amazing at helping us get back inside. It was super clean and we had no problems, so many great restaurants around and such a nice easy ride to the beach. Everything was perfect and I highly recommend booking with Gia in the future and I hope i get the opportunity to do it again!
