Nestled in the forests of Azumino, this private villa features a natural hot spring (onsen) and is run by experienced hosts who prioritize cleanliness. The villa offers self check-in, a fully equipped kitchen, a Japanese garden, JBL audio, and clean linens, perfect for a cozy private retreat in nature. With reservation, guests can enjoy a seasonal, plant-based Japanese cuisine by Chef Mina Toneri at a 130-year-old farmhouse restaurant, suitable for vegetarians and vegans, for a memorable meal.

The backyard deck view of the birds’ daily visit to the birdbath will make you feel healed and relaxed. Sobae Sanso is located just a few minutes walk from the shuttle stop, where you can catch buses taking you to all the major ski resorts in the area.
