Whether you start your day with a short 5-minute walk for a famous OBX oceanfront sunrise, or finish your evening in our 7-person hot tub, you will not be disappointed. Plus, our high-speed internet and cable service make it perfect for those that need to stay connected, either for school or work. Min renter age is 24

Sunrise Surf House is right across the street from the ocean, with great views! The access to the ocean is only 2 houses away. Our large pool will have free heat starting the end of April -mid October. We also have a 6 person hot tub on the pool deck, closed Jan/Feb. Family and dog friendly! (See House Rules). We are centrally located 3 houses away from Southern Shores Crossing Shopping Center, where you can walk to dining, pizza, ice cream, shopping, and an escape room. Sat-Sat summer.

There is a private back yard and an outside shower. 2 parking spaces for guests.
