The studio space has a well-equipped kitchenette, bathroom, washing machine, TV, unlimited WiFi and air-con. Our cottage accommodates 4 people. There is a comfortable lounge room, equipped with sofa bed and television and a separate bedroom with a queen size bed. There is a verandah to sit on at the table and chairs to take in the mountain air. The cottage has a bathroom and a small kitchenette. The kitchenette is complete with bar fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and tea and coffee facilities. All crockery and cutlery as well. Smoking is not permitted inside the cottage.

It is situated on the highest point of the Kobblecreek property with breathtaking elevated views of the D’Aguilar Ranges overlooking 52 acres of native bushland abundant with native birdlife and wildlife. It lies approximately 10 minutes drive from the rural village of Dayboro, or 20 minutes from Samford Village. There are two other cottages on the property namely Wonga and Figtree cottage.
