The Limmat River is just a stone through away and the Lake is in a walking distance from the apartment away. Supermarkets, Bars, Restaurants and Zurichs nightlife nearby. The apartment has one bedroom, living room with TV and WiFi. The kitchen is full equipped, laundry room with washing machine and tumbler and a bathroom with shower.

The spacious (30 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate ensuite bathroom. It has a comfortable kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer and a printer/scanner/copy machine. Our heating works with heat from the earth and we are almost CO2 neutral thanks to our solar roof.

Oasis on the Zürichberg

Tastefully furnished flat on the Zürichberg near the Grandhotel Dolder. Quiet location in the countryside with garden seating area. Just outside the city centre. Close to Dolderbahn and public transport. From the Römerhof it takes about 15 minutes to walk up the hill. With the Dolderbahn from Römerhof to "Waldhaus", then it is only 5 minutes to the flat. Parking is available in the immediate vicinity for a fee.
