This is the perfect getaway to hang out with family, friends, or just to escape crowds. Also, the perfect location to hang on the screen porch or relax in the shaded hammock.

Hello and thank you for your interest in our present day inspired beach home. A brand new luxe beach house with a wonderful panoramic view of Carolina Beach. Public beach access is only a few steps away and plenty of local attractions in the vicinity. The home has a splendid large rooftop deck and private backyard for outdoor activities. Cozy renovated historic home in historic neighborhood, 1 mi from the riverfront, 2.5 mi from Hospital, 3 mi from the airport, 1.7 mi from EUE/Screen Gems studios, 7 mi to Wrightsville Beach, 15 mi to Carolina Beach, 1 mi to the Castle St antique district, 1 mi to Brooklyn Arts Center, and many sites/shopping between. We are near downtown so there may be street noise at certain times; holidays, special events, and rush hour. We live next door and available if needed. Please review house rules.
