Sunflower cabin is a sweet little rustic cabin with friendly homesteading artist/host located on Owl Tree Acres Farm. Cozy sleeping for 4, a dorm refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, coffeemaker,. Wifi with desk and Smart HD TV are provided. A “separate” beautiful bath house is located near the Communal fire pit away from the cabin. No bathroom facilities in cabin. Pets allowed with $30 pet fee. No pit bulls, rottweillers or other agressive dog breeds allowed. No pets allowed on beds.

And speaking of hiking, we said “take a hike” to cleaning fees (because who likes those?), AND check-in/checkout times; ours are so flexible they practically do yoga. Stress-free? Absolutely. The sunlit cottage is perfect place to enjoy the largest lake in Virginia, exploring nearby state parks, the quaint town of Clarksville, or nearby breweries/wineries. The cottage offers an open view of the lake and use of a dock (150 yds from house) for fishing, swiming, docking watercraft or watching the sunset. A great retreat for a small family of 4 or 2 couples. Please indicate the number of guests; parties over 4 must be pre-approved. Reservation must be by an adult (age 21+).

If you love golf , no problem..the property is part of a country club with a 9 hole golf course (daily fees apply). If you like tennis, tennis courts are also available for a daily fee.

Lovely 3 bedroom, 3 bath home on Lake Gaston. The waterfront property also has a boat dock and place to dock and tie up your own boat. There is a neighborhood boat ramp.. There are 2 single kayaks, and firepit.. The gourmet kitchen is well equipped with whatever you need. In season, there is an herb garden for guest use. The home is set in a quiet neighborhood that allows privacy. There is extra sleeping space with a queen size air mattress and 2 sofas (not sofa beds)..

Our Halifax cottage is conveniently located just 5 miles from Interstate I95 and just off Hwy 301 in the quaint, historic town of Halifax. It is an early 1900's house that's been lovingly restored and nicely appointed to perfectly accommodate individuals, couples, a group of friends or a family. Choosing to stay with us will allow you to experience how small town Eastern NC people live. Halifax has a pop. of 234. We think you will be charmed!!
