We had an amazing time staying with Duke and Kim! The house was big enough to accommodate my family! It was in a safe area snd quiet area. In love with the area! Would definitely stay with them again!

The home is beautiful. It is exactly like the pictures. Adults and kids had a great time. Memories were made. We decided to stay here because one of my kids had a tournament at East Cobb. It was about 45 minutes from the fields. I definitely recommend.

Absolutely fantastic all the way around. Our 4 boys were outside exploring the entire time and never bored…which speaks for itself. Awesome Lake house, will definitely be back. We appreciate it, thank you!

The home was lovely and very cozy, and Luann was fabulous! I was in the area for a work conference and had an issue prior to check-in (not related to Luann or her property); she worked with me to help me get the issue quickly resolved. I checked in to a thoughtful handwritten note and homemade brownies waiting on me that my coworkers and I thoroughly enjoyed. (Can I also take a moment to mention the very comfy beds and the great water pressure in the showers?) I would definitely stay there again!

We loved the cabin! It was just as described. It was clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely bring a different vehicle next time, had a little bit of a hard time maneuvering on the mountain roads to get up to the cabin. Steep downhill and inclines. This place is a total gem. First, it's very private and quiet but just a few miles from many restaurants and stores. The view is beautiful, especially in the mornings and the screened porch + deck were a perfectly cozy spot for coffee. Which brings me to my next point - this has to be the BEST STOCKED Air BnB I have ever stayed in. Coffee filters, coffee, creamer, sugar, spices, along with a fully stocked kitchen were a great surprise after a long day of driving. Lastly, I will say it's super functional and more spacious than I expected! While it's an older home, it's clearly well loved and cared for, and the holiday decorations were such a thoughtful touch. Arlene was more than helpful with the prearrival instructions & we have definitely marked this as a favorite next time we visit family in the area!

The home was immaculate, perfectly described, and nicely furnished. Check in and check out were easy. My son, 3 of his friends, and I all had a fantastic time. They spent their days on the paddle boards, fishing, and down in the basement. I spent my time reading on the amazing back porch snuggled in the hammock chair. 5 Stars!!

The house is exactly as pictured. They have plenty of towels for outdoor use and inside. The super host had all of the extras such as dinnerware, coffee maker, wine glasses, silverware, pots, pans measuring cups, paper plates, aluminium foil, and goodies in the refrigerator. There are extra bedding materials and blankets upstairs and downstairs. I washed clothes and they also had laundry detergent. This super host thought of what a girl needs. One thing to note is reception. I lost reception the closer I drove into the neighborhood. I had to drive back towards the entrance to screenshot the instructions to enter the home. I have verizon and was unable to make calls until I was logged into their network. After that I was all good for the weekend. The neighborhood is very quiet and relaxing. There is a local ran gas station right before the entrance and it closes at 7pm if you need anything quick. The publix is a little further. This place is an awesome getaway and everything pictured.

Walking distance to The Battery, minutes by driving to everywhere else inside the perimeter and quiet, peaceful & tastefully appointed. The hosts are communicative, everything is exactly as described and made for a blissful weekend. You really can't do better.

Constance was extremely friendly greeting us. The grounds are beautiful and extremely quiet. The room was cozy and we felt right at home.

Home away from home…beautiful in every way! The apartment is equipped with everything you need and want, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. The location is peaceful and beautiful, conveniently located near our daughter. The host was friendly and communicated very well, in addition checked in with us throughout our stay to ensure that we had everything we needed. Thank you so very much for your hospitality which made our holiday even more memorable. We look forward to staying again with future visits.

We stayed here for a friend’s wedding this past weekend and it was close to everything! Super close to all the venues we had to go to and also close to a bunch of restaurants, cafes, shops, and breweries! The place was so clean and honestly very cozy and cute! The beds were very comfortable too! Thank you so much for letting us stay here! Would recommend and also book again! ☺️

This is a great little house close to the lake for a getaway. The beach area was really quiet during our stay and is a short walk from the house. Just be warned, it is down a path with a section that is fairly steep, so may be difficult to carry all your lake gear to. The house was very clean and well stocked including a range of toys for multiple age groups which was a huge amenity. My only critique is the upstairs air conditioner (located in the master bedroom for the whole upstairs) did struggle a bit to keep up with it being hot and humid. The second bedroom was a little warm even with the box fan provided. Overall though, this was a great vacation getaway rental.

Beautiful home! Susan is awesome and communication was incredible. She really made our stressful wedding weekend easier and I truly appreciate her going the extra mile to assist with our special accommodation needs.

This cottage was beautiful, unique, and located in a tranquil location within busy East Cobb, right on Bishop Lake. Jennifer was really responsive and helpful. Couldn’t recommend it enough!

We had a great time in the riverside cottage. The cottage was clean, the beds were comfortable, the fireplace made cool evening cozy and the kitchen was nice. We loved sitting in the sunroom listening to the water.

We were in Dawsonville for a wedding, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home with peaceful surroundings! Everything was spotless, and the welcome snacks were a thoughtful added touch! The screened-in porch was a favorite for morning coffee (and, thanks to the outdoor flatscreen, for nighttime NCAA basketball final four!). We loved having access to the lake with the short stroll through the woods down to the dock. The home is so inviting…we wish we would’ve had more time to just hang out and relax…by the water, on the porch, around the fire pit, or in the comfy indoor spaces!

My family and I really enjoyed staying at this cute cottage. We were in the area for a baseball tournament at the Lakepoint Sports Complex. It only took about 10 minutes to get there. It was also nice to be close to the downtown Acworth area that had cute shops and food spots. We would be happy to stay again if we are in the area in the future!
