Caitlin and her adorable space were amazing! My friend/assistant trainer and I stayed two nights for the weekend to go to a continuing education dog training conference in Ossipee, only 25 minutes away. The host does not typically allow dogs; however, they were ADA compliant and had no issue allowing my friend/assistant’s well-trained service dog. Other accommodations in the area did give us a hard time, so we chose this space for many reasons, including the host’s welcoming attitude.

This is such a serene place! Unfortunately, it rained the weekend of our stay, so we weren’t able to fully enjoy the river or the beautiful deck overlooking it. Regardless, it was a wonderful stay. Valerie’s place was spotless, comfortable, and stocked with almost everything you could need in the kitchen—and then some. There is a regular coffee pot (not a Keurig), so if you prefer specific coffee pods, you may want to bring your own. Valerie did have coffee and sugar available for guests. While the ice maker wasn’t working during our stay, Valerie kindly provided a full container of ice in the freezer, along with bottled water in the fridge, which was much appreciated. The TV is not a smart TV, so we weren’t able to stream Netflix or similar apps, and the available channels were limited. Normally, we don’t watch much TV on vacation, but the rainy weekend made us take notice. All in all, it truly is a very cute, clean and cozy place to stay. We would very much recommend it. I had just left an Airbnb that was deplorable . Tony and Sonja ‘s place was just like going home . Felt very comfortable as a single woman having the space attach to their home. However felt very at ease when it came to privacy . The unit was immaculate. They could not have been more accommodating and kind . Highly recommend!

We visited to ski over the weekend and Scott and Jennifer’s place was perfect! About 25min to Loon, a nice little restaurant about 30sec up the street, all in all a great weekend. We arrived late at night so it would’ve been difficult to find which unit was theirs had they not had sent concise instructions. They even waited up for us to arrive and welcome us in! Would definitely stay again if we’re in the area.

Cozy, clean apartment within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Wine and toiletries were an extra nice extra touch! Great communication!

Our trip up from Rochester NH to enjoy the tribute band for Neil Diamond at Colonial Theatre was a better experience because we stayed at Christine’s! We had made this reservation months in advance so as to not have to drive home late. Walking distance to theatre and restaurants! There was early check-in (much different than other’s, here was 1:00), a beautiful screened in porch (too cold to use it, which was fine because the room that the porch is off of is the cozy TV room. There is an easy to navigate remote (increasingly rare to have a TV in Airbnb’s never mind one that is easily operated!)) Bedroom with plush wall to wall carpeting and thick curtains for darkness Bed was very comfortable; super soft linens, lots of extra blankets and anything else needed! We slept really well. Breakfast as DejaVu was exceptional. We would not want to stay elsewhere when visiting Laconia! Christina is a rock star

I LOVE this place! This is my second visit here. I've stayed at several lovely AirBnBs in this area and this is my favorite for numerous reasons. The apartment is spacious and beautiful, Doug and Jessica are warm, welcoming and available/responsive if you need anything, downtown restaurants are a 10-15 minute walk, and if you love the sound of trains, they run in the back yard several times a day! The ONLY drawback is that it can be hard to book at times because it's understandably popular. I will make plans way in advance next time so that I can enjoy this wonderful oasis again.

We splurged as a family of 4 w/ our chihuahua. This is the absolute perfect home for 2 or even 3 families. Derek was responsive from day 1 of booking until check-out. The home is gorgeous. It's just as the pictures show, if not better. The basement has a bedroom with 2 Q beds, and the cinema can easily sleep a few more. This was a man cave for our sons! Upstairs, the master bedroom w/bath was perfect. There are 2 bunk beds right next to the master & another bdrm across the house. It's quiet, peaceful, and serene. We walked the trails behind the home (bring boots or hiking shoes if it's been raining). When you pull into the drive, on your right is a rolling river. The hot tub was a huge plus and was relaxing. We loved the fire pit (bring a lighter or matches) and playing pool, air hockey, & shuffleboard. My son brought his xbox & hooked it up to the 85" TV in the cinema. We watched movies via our Netflix account. We hope to go back in the future!

Our stay couldn't have been better for me and my family. Great location, quiet and private; set back from the road. The house was just what we needed with plenty of space. We ended up staying longer that planned and Maria was able to allow us to stay as long as needed. Maria was an excellent host and responded quickly to our questions. If you are planning on staying in Concord, I would recommend staying here! Thanks again Maria!!

A great stay for my family of six. 20 min access to ski at Waterville Valley and Loon Mountain. House was clean, warm, and easy to access. Quiet and remote, but a handful of restaurants are reachable within a 10-15 min drive.

My fiancé and I recently had the pleasure of staying at a lovely dog-friendly house in Lebanon, Maine, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The property was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, making it the perfect retreat for both humans and our furry friends. The backyard was a highlight, providing plenty of space for our dogs to run around and play. The location was also fantastic, with easy access to nearby walking trails and dog-friendly things to do in the area. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded our expectations, and we can't wait to return for another stay! Highly recommend it for anyone looking to enjoy a getaway with their pet!

Very much enjoyed our stay at Nick's place. It was in a nice neighborhood, a few cars driving up and down here and there. The house was better than the pictures portrayed. It was spacious and pretty clean, just a few items and dust bunnies under the downstairs bed, and some crumbs on the counter. But the places you would think you might find a mess, like the refrigerator, microwave or bathrooms, , were clean. The kitchen was well equipped, having everything you need to prepare a meal, or eat at home. The house was very bright, with big windows. The beds were extremely comfortable! There was a bit of snow up there, as it is New Hampshire in February, so just be careful of snow and ice accumulating on the roof, especially right above the doorway. All in all, it was a great vacation! We hope to stay again in the future.

Linda’s house is beautiful, clean and peaceful in a lovely area of Seacoast NH very close to downtown Portsmouth, shopping, beaches, i95 but also very quiet and private. She was an amazing host, very helpful and responsive and the price is a great deal. We especially enjoyed grilling on the patio and seeing the deer and turkeys in the backyard. Thank you Linda!

The house is perfect for a family with privacy in each room with a beautiful view and with many activities to do.

Great place to stay, especially if you’re planning on visiting Loon mountain with family/friends!

We like loon Mt area in the winter for skiing, Eric's unit is literally 2 min drive to mountain, (Nordic Inn ) The unit itself is huge with 2 levels of living space, 2 bedrooms on first floor have huge beds (california kings ) each bedroom has walk in closets and full baths, upstairs has another full bed and 2 bunk beds, massive super comfortable couch that reclines on either end. huge tv and full bath, walk out deck. Perfect for 2 family to split. The pictures on airBnb are accurate. I would highly recommend Eric's place year round . I will definitely will be back next year!!!

Mikes place was a great stay while in. New Hampshire. Lots of stuff to do on the lake and everything you need is within walking distance!! I nightly recommend this condo on the lake

A beautiful condo, just 20 minutes away from the heart of North Conway. Everything was in pristine condition and it is always amazing to have a kitchen at our fingertips. Beautiful views of the woods out back. Would definitely recommend to those coming to visit the North Conway, New Hampshire area and surroundings!!!!

We had an amazing experience at this house! The location is excellent, with easy access to everything we needed. The host was incredibly kind and accommodating, accepting our last-minute booking and making sure everything was ready for our stay. The house is fully equipped with everything we needed to feel comfortable. The rooms are well-organized and clean, and the overall structure is perfect for both relaxation and those looking for a nature-filled experience. The river behind the house is truly stunning – a beautiful view and a very peaceful environment. Definitely a stay we highly recommend, and we would return without hesitation!

The place was great. It was clean and the location to the lake and ski mountain was amazing.

Our 3rd time staying here....great location and reasonably priced. Love the view out back to the trees and a peek of some mountains. Also great snow cleanup - we were here for a big storm and the plows cleared the car park and the paths were shoveled quickly.
