Mickaël est un très bon hôte qui vous indiquera avec plaisir les lieux, restaurants, magasins ou encore activités aux alentours. Il est occupé à certains moments (c'est normal de vivre) mais lorsqu'il est là il est très gentil et la discussion avec lui a été très appréciable merci pour ce court mais agréable séjour !

The place matched the photos and description and had a nice, comfortable atmosphere. Miguel was communicative and responsive to any needs that came up. The location is in the heart of a nice neighborhood with cafés, supermarkets, restaurants, and public transportation. The private room was clean with a private bathroom and shower, and the shared kitchen was well-equipped. Note that a $200 deposit was required outside of the Airbnb platform, which, according to Miguel, I’m supposed to get back within 7 to 10 business days after the stay.

L’hôte est d’une aide et d’une compréhension exceptionnelles! Il est d’une gentillesse sans nom! Le logement était bien situé en plein cœur du Plateau MontRoyal. Le secteur est génial. Le logement était propre et adéquat pour notre séjour! Logement à deux étages ce qui convenait aux jeunes avec nous! Endroit tranquille et paisible! Nous avons vraiment aimé notre séjour dans ce logement! 😊 Il y a une salle de jeux et cinéma au sous-sol ce qui a enjoué nos jeunes! En partant, mes enfants ont oublié quelques trucs personnels et l’hôte a bien voulu que je repasse récupérer les choses malgré qu’on était partis depuis un certain temps! Vraiment je le remercie pour ça! Il est très compréhensif et empathique! ☺️ Merci pour cet accueil et nous reviendrons avec plaisir! 😊

The place was very clean and just as shown in the photos. It’s in a super convenient location, close to everything- public transit, restaurants, bars & shops. We had a minor issue with the fob, but the host was quick to assist. Overall, we had a great stay!

Appartement très bien équipé pour un séjour en famille. Entre les jeux, vaisselles pour enfants, chaise adaptée etc notre fille était comme chez elle. L'appartement est spacieux. Le logement est situé au calme et il y a des magasins à proximité ainsi que des transports en commun. Si nous visitons de nouveau Montréal nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir.

Great space and area for a visit to Montreal Not too in the city Traffic in area not bad There are local highly rated restaurants in area This spot was very resonable prices Super spacious for activities and more then one common area Kitchen had newer appliances and back yard was a very resonable size Would definitely recommend👍

We hade great time at Karla’s retreat, very well maintained and equipped place. Can use some better lighting in general. I would recommend and will come back again an other time.

This home was perfect for our family with 3 teenage boys . Everyone had their own space, but happily gathered around the poker table, foosball table, and multiple TVs. The kitchen was very well appointed and great grocery stores are a short drive away, so it was easy to make some meals at home. We loved skiing at Saint Sauveur, ice skating through the woods at Parc John H Molson, and eating out (don’t miss fondue and crepes at Crêperie Gourmandise Bretonne)! It wasn’t too far of a drive to ski at Mont Tremblant and try dog sledding at Ranch Robert. Chantal promptly answered all of our questions. We look forward to visiting again!

Our stay at Rim’s place was wonderful. The building has truly 5 star amenities including a hot tub and pool, along with many community spaces great for remote work. My favorite was the sky lounge on the 55th floor, with wrap around windows overlooking all of Montreal and beyond. Convenient to everywhere with the metro across the street, this is a great place to experience Montreal and all of its wonders. Montreal is truly one of the world’s greatest cities.

Great apartment. Convenient and walkable to Mont Royal and the old town. Communication was a breeze and we really appreciated the detailed directions and instructions to access the parking. Well worth it!

After having to switch our plans last minute Rim was able to accommodate us and make sure we had everything we needed to have a great stay! It was a beautiful apartment that had all the amenities described on the post! It was perfect and a nice walking distance from a lot of restaurants and shopping in the area and right near a metro! Would highly recommended and would love to stay again!
