The house is ECO-environmental friendly,suitable for work and has solar energy.The Wi-Fi is reliable for work, too. We accept longer stays. Everything you need is 20 meters on foot.

Το σπίτι κατασκευάστηκε πριν από 100 χρόνια στο γραφικό Χωριό Λεύκες, εκεί γεννήθηκε και μεγάλωσε ο παππούς μας Κωστούλης που μετέπειτα έμαθε την τέχνη του χτισίματος. Η πρώτη παρέμβαση στον χώρο έγινε από τον παππού, φτιάχνοντας το πάτωμα με τον παραδοσιακό κυκλαδίτικο τρόπο. Πάτωμα το οποίο σώζεται αναλλοίωτο μέχρι τις μέρες μας. Ο Χώρος πλέον είναι πλήρως ανακαινισμένος κρατώντας όμως την κυκλαδίτικη αισθητική του ώστε να προσφέρει μια άνετη και ευχάριστη διαμονή στον επισκέπτη.

The apartment is located right at the center of Paroikia, inside of the old market street, giving you access to almost anywhere. The port is just 4 to 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment, so are the parking lots, the bus station, numerous stores, coffee shops, bars, bakeries and supermarkets for your groceries shopping. Last but not least, you can even visit three different beaches just by walking a few minutes.

The apartment is located in the center of Naxos town and just a few steps (200m) from Saint George beach, restaurants, super markets, bakery etc. The port of Naxos is a 10 minute walk away. Our apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is a balcony and also a backyard. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and there is also a sofa bed in the living room.
