L'appartement se compose d'une chambre avec 1 lit double (160/200) + 1 lit gigogne (2x 80/200), un grand hall, une salle de douche/wc, une cuisine (avec micro-onde, bouilloire, set à fondue, four à raclette, grill pain...)et une belle pièce à vivre avec canapé-lit , TV, lecteur DVD et table à ralonge. Ce chalet surplombant Orsières, adossé au Catogne est en fait une ancienne grange rénovée et aménagée en lieu d’habitation. Cette grange appartenait à l’époque à trois paysans chacun possédait un étage. Ils y entreposaient du fourrage, des graines ainsi que le pain de seigle qui était fabriqué deux fois par année dans le four à pain voisin. En 1998, il a pris sa forme actuelle avec sa cuisine toute équipée, sa salle à manger, son salon avec un canapé lit, ses deux chambres à coucher .
