Marty was absolutely great to rent from. Very respectful, responsive, informative, and suggestive ideas on places to check out on the lake. We loved the condo and appreciate the ice machine and dock we rented for 2 nights. Definitely recommend. Mike Wyoming

This place is AH-mazing and we honestly didn't want to leave. So peaceful, out of the city but still so close to all of the wedding events that we were visiting St. James for. LOVED the area, the quiet and everything about the farm style, eclectic house. I want a make-up table now (even though I don't wear much make-up), and I want some COWS, lol! I only rated getting in lower stars because my husband and I are "old" and unfamiliar with how all the different newish keyless entry locks work and that took us a hot minute to get right. 🤦 #wedumb 😂 If we ever need a place in St. James to stay, this will definitely be our first choice!

Clean apartment with beautiful view. We were down there for a fishing tournament and everything was perfect. We had the slip and power for the boat, clean apartment with all the amenities that you would need and on top a beautiful lake view.

The instructions are a little long. Be sure to read thru them fully as I missed some of the pertinent info when I skimmed thru it. The host was very responsive when I had questions.

We had a great stay. The cabin was beautiful and had everything we needed and more. Would highly recommend! We will definitely book again when we are visiting.

The place was nice, neat, and the location was great. Swimming pools were just a quick walk from the condo. Went with my daughter and 4 granddaughters so it was nice that everyone had their own bed. It’s close to everything… restaurants, grocery stores etc. FYI… If you are wanting to get in the Lake and swim at the condo…. You can’t because they have No Swimming signs on all the boat docks and the swim dock because of electrical shock hazard.
