The Guest Suite

Open floor plan studio with parking & easy access to Old Town Alexandria, Nat’l Harbor, and DC via public transit, or with your own car. Located in a quiet neighborhood, the suite house has its own outdoor deck with a private seating & dining area. Inside is just over 500 sqft and has a large couch, twin and queen size beds, kitchenette, full bath with tub and desk and chair for remote workers. Additional inflatable twin mattress available by request. Well behaved and house trained pets welcome.

Families visiting Washington, D.C. love to stay with us. Our location is just a twenty-minute drive from all major attractions. A plaza and bus station just a short walk away, providing numerous dining options and groceries. 3.4 miles to the metro station. This pravite and spacious 1,600 sf basement apartment features a separate entrance, dedicated free parking, and inviting outdoor living areas. It offers a cozy retreat that feels like your own. The hosts quietly reside on the two upper levels.

Beautifully decorated and spacious home in a charming, Alexandria neighborhood near the King Street metro and the shops and restaurants of Old Town. Just a 16 minute drive to downtown Washington DC, with a chef's kitchen and a relaxing great room. The house is also just a 10 minute drive to the new MGM Casino or the Gaylord Resort and Convention Center at National Harbor. The "no parties in house" rule is strictly followed. If you want to have a party or an event, this is not the place for you.

My Guest House is attached to a single family home in the West End of Alexandria & offers 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath & kitchen. The bedrooms are spacious, one features a loft & balcony. The closest Metro stations are Van Dorn & Pentagon City (not walkable), you can easily access I-395 in less than 5 minutes. Many great ethnic restaurants in the immediate area. Only ~15 min to DCA, monuments/museums (7.8 miles to the Washington Monument), SW Waterfront, Old Town Alexandria, Capitol Hill (20 min).

Full private bath and kitchen with built in 2 burner induction burner, oven, microwave, coffee maker, hot pot, rice cooker and kitchen essentials. Walk to metro or take the bus from the corner. Bars, restaurants, grocery and other shopping and entertainment in walking distance or quick metro to DC.

Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, 50" LED smart TV, toiletry kit, bottled water, and K-cups.

"HideAway" Private basement near metro, shops & DC

Just 15 minutes to the heart of DC, this fun, safe area is a walker's paradise with plenty of local restaurants, shops, parks and bikepaths making it easy to plan your visit. "The Hideaway" offers Free Parking onsite and is renovated with new appliances and eclectic 1940s adventure decór. Please note, this is a private basement studio apartment in a single family home. We live upstairs with our pre-K son who you might hear in the mornings and evenings.

You get everything you see in the pictures, a private suite ready to welcome a last-minute reservation. If you need to check in early or check out late, the host will try to accommodate you when possible. A $70 extra fee applies for a guest who wants to use the second bedroom. It is currently used to keep bedding and linen. It remains locked. The host will always knock or text before entering the living room on the first floor.
