I absolutely felt at home in the Parker Place. If ever they wanted a long term tenant, I would definitely request them to choose me so that I could move back home, lol because that’s how much at home I felt. Pet friendly, however, I traveled alone on this trip. I know that my Yorkie would have loved playing in the big backyard. Thank you kindly for sharing your home with me. 😃 I appreciate everything!!

This Airbnb is our go to when we come to Arkansas. It’s very complete, comfortable and cozy. Raphael has been the best host. This is my family’s favorite airbnb rental! We have stayed in over 10 airbnb’s as a family. The location is centrally located to stores as well as the University of Central Arkansas. The Airbnb has everything your family desires from games to clean, comfortable surroundings. Please don’t tell too many people. It’s our GoTo Arkansas airbnb😊

I have stayed in quite a few AirBNBs, and this was probably one of the nicest. From the moment I walked in (is smelt sooooo good, even had a guest come over in the evening and they also commented on that lol) to the softness of the towels. Just a VERY enjoyable place to stay. Highly recommend and if I stay in Searcy again, would 1000% stay here again.

For a visit to Harding University this is the perfect location. It is only 1 block away from the science building and all the rest of campus. Checking in really late at night was easy for us with a door code. Cute house on a private looping street with a long driveway and beautiful landscaping. Bedrooms and bathrooms were as pictured with spotless cleaning of floors and bathrooms. Light switches are all labeled. Such a good idea!!! Lots of bed space and living room space. Small but functional kitchen. We ate ate several locally owned restaurants within 1 mile of the house and had really Filipino and BBQ food. Hosts we're proactive in telling us about a plumbing issue before and fixing it. They were so friendly and responsive throughout the stay. Cons: * no wifi which is listed on the description, we took laptops to HU campus and used the free wifi there to get work done. *Bedrooms have the old house smell, probably from carpets. But not dirty.

The Cabot Mini Mansion was the best place we have stayed in since using AirBNB. We absolutely loved it and I really hope we get to stay here again. I see why this is a guest facorite. Bryan is an amazing and thoughtful host!

Dawn was so welcoming! We were coming from Arizona to Ohio and needed a place to relax for the night. I booked this place last minute and she reached out right away and was so helpful.

Great house! Bigger than expected. Our family looks forward to coming back in the summer to try out the pool!

Wonderful stay at an incredible slice of property. Spacious home on large corner lot in a wooded neighborhood away from any busy roads. Private fenced backyard with plenty of seating and lights at night. Interior was cozy and well appointed. Plenty of room everywhere you look! Very thankful this property is available.

Rhonda’s place always exceeds expectations! We have stayed here multiple times and have always been happy with everything. It is such a quiet area and Rhonda’s place is our go to when we’re in the area!

The place is great my kids where happy it was raining we didn’t get to go out side but it was great the host was very responsive and helpful thank you everything was clean and comfortable

My family needed a place to stay when our home was under some emergency repair. It was unexpected and last minute; this home was exactly what we needed. River was a great host and the home was incredibly comfortable for us all. The communication was great, we had everything that we needed, and the house was in a great spot.

Our crew moved this house. Plenty of beds for a larger crew with great host!

This was our 2nd stay here. The accommodations are just what we need to enjoy a weekend away and being able to bring our fur babies is an added, bonus. Close to the ATV trails, & a very friendly neighborhood, we will definitely be back.

Hans place was a very peaceful retreat for my husband and I. We found the space to be very clean and comfortable.

Michaels place was so great! The location was easy access to all of Searcy. The space was large, clean, and well stocked. It was easy to manuever a wheelchair and made our stay away from home much easier!

This historic farm house was perfect! It was so comfortable and quaint. We enjoyed our stay and my kids enjoyed all the farm animals. Lori made some of the most delicious scones I’ve ever seen and we were so thankful for the farm fresh eggs! Lori was very helpful with local places to shop. We definitely will be back again!

Enjoyed our stay. BEAUTIFUL views, peaceful, private, and within an hour of so many fun little towns and sights to see.

We loved it here. It’s right on the water, with the boat ramp literally right beside it. The bottom of the house was in closed like a garage and that made it so much easier to get dress for hunting down there than having to drag waders inside. The inside of the house was spacious and very clean. The instructions on how to check in/check out were short, sweet, and to the point ( which is what we want and love ) The bathroom was FULLY stocked with towels and wash cloths! Lee was fast to respond and answer any questions we had and even made a point to check in with us. We hope to continue to stay here in the future ! 10/10 recommend

We enjoyed our stay in Conway at Cindy's. The location is beautiful and secluded. We felt right at home & welcomed by Cindy and her family. The cottage is the perfect size for a family of 3. It was peaceful and relaxing. Definitely recommend if you need a place to stay in Conway!

Great little spot away from the hustle and bustle of the city but very conveniently located took no time to get into town.

couldn't have found a better house for a guys weekend. my fiancee came here gor his bachlors weekend and had nothing but great things to say. The host was very accommodating and super friendly! they all didnt want to leave yet which is always a great sign of just how perfect the place is! thank you so much and they will definitely be back!!
