Karen Elaine's house checks all the boxes for us, as a private, well furnished, clean, organized and comfortable place to rest and relax. She is a great host, giving good directions, leaving adequate instructions and furnishings. We highly recommend Karen Elaine and plan to return!

What a cute place! The street can be a bit noisy but not sure if there was some construction going on. Nice and out of the way of main traffic. Worked perfect for a weekend getaway and fast response from the host

There were 5 of us staying (annual family get-together) for Kentucky Derby weekend. The location was perfect. We were close to Oaklawn, restaurants, shopping, and other activities. The house was spotless and welcoming. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

The Green House was great. The location was good, the house was exactly what we needed. We brought our two dogs, and they loved the backyard. Sharon made sure we had everything we needed. We would stay here again.

We had a great time here! It was a peaceful area just outside of town. The condo was clean and had a nice view. The host was also responsive and accommodating!

My husband and I enjoyed staying at Steve's place! It was a very calm and relaxing area with an amazing view! Good location with many places to visit around and short drive to downtown hot-springs.

Wonderful stay at an incredible slice of property. Spacious home on large corner lot in a wooded neighborhood away from any busy roads. Private fenced backyard with plenty of seating and lights at night. Interior was cozy and well appointed. Plenty of room everywhere you look! Very thankful this property is available.

Wow! This home has so much character and attention to detail when it comes to design and art! The hosts are amazing and so accommodating! Cannot wait for our next stay here! The decor was beautiful and the house was nice and comfy. There are 2 thermostats and the ac DEFINITELY works lol. There was plenty of room for us.

Troy was a great host for our trip! He was very accommodating and his beautiful home was clean and spacious. Troy responded right away with any questions we had.
