Diese einzigartige Unterkunft hat einen ganz besonderen Stil. Jugendstilvilla Baujahr 1912 mit grosser Terasse 20m2 und Garten befindet sich im Hochparterre eine grosse WG 80m2 mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Wir tragen Sorge zur Ambiente. Nahe dem Zentrum und trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Eine Kirche in der Nähe , im Innern hört man allerdings nichts davon, ab 00:00 läutet sie nicht mehr. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, gross ,sauber, hell und neu möbiliert. Fühlt Euch willkommen. Carpe Diem 🦋

Die Unterkunft ist geeignet für Paare, Alleinreisende Abenteurer, wie auch Geschäftsreisende. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen offenen Wohn- Schlafraum mit 160cm Doppelbett, eine Couch, Küche sowie ein eigenes Bad. The studio is 12 minutes from Central Zurich via Tram 2 and 3, bus 72 and 33 to Albisriederplatz). It used to be part of the Crowne Plaza Hotel (next door). There is a swimming pool and Fitness Gym next door (additional cost). The studio has 2 single beds which can be extended for 3 or 4 people. Brand new kitchen and full of kitchen accessaries. There is no TV and no sofa. Migros (Swiss grocery) is 1 minute walk away
