Private studio on the second level of our detached garage behind our main house. Located in a resort-like property. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Minutes from downtown Lee's Summit. Coffee shop/bakery within walking distance. Several restaurants close by, 1 mile to iconic antique malls. Perfect place for traveling professionals. Close to Hwy 291. We use the garage for storage and to work on our vehicles occasionally, you might hear us working. *There is no smoking/vaping in the apartment*

MILO FARM-Sacred Kansas City Retreat

Our cozy townhome is 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom with about 1200 square feet. We replaced the sofa sleeper 12/6/2025 for the comfort of your extra guest. We are located a few blocks off I-70 and can be at most area attractions, shopping and dining in less than 30 minutes. Nested on 3 beautiful acres of fenced land. 4 bedrooms (3 with ensuite), fully equipped kitchen, projector, fire, bbq, plus more! This property is located near multiple event spaces making it ideal for small gatherings or enjoying the countryside. Kids and pets alike with love the vast outdoor space to roam and play. Beautiful private log cabin suite, conveniently located just east of the Kansas City Metro with great highway access. Close to wedding venues: Lone Summit Ranch, Powell Gardens and Stonehaus Winery. All the comforts of home! The suite features a king bed, sitting area with gas fireplace, private bath with shower, whirlpool jetted tub and kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a full-size refrigerator, small stove/oven, microwave and sink. Electric grill on private deck.

This updated downtown retreat has two bedrooms, 1 bath, kitchen, living room, dining room and laundry. Off street parking is behind the house. This property has a large fenced in yard with deck and firepit. Majority of the time you can catch a nice breeze in the backyard while you relax. In the winter you can enjoy the gas fireplace in the living room and stay warm. Downtown is just walking distance way with historic sites and restaurants, coffee shops and shopping.

The Lone Oak

Reconnect with nature at The Lone Oak, part of our working cattle ranch. Enjoy the quiet of the country while you go fishing in the pond, spotting the wildlife, and stargazing at night while enjoying the hot tub. Just five miles from town, right off the blacktop, and three miles from Interstate 49. The top level is a 1900 farmhouse that is being renovated to enlarge the bnb. The walk-out basement is all new and ready for you to have a relaxing, memorable get-away.

Come enjoy our log home! This home was built as a model log home. It has its own charm and beauty and is a great place to unwind if you don’t mind some road noise. High speed internet is available-but no TV The property is convenient and easy to access,with a large parking area, although being next to I70 it is not quiet and secluded, expect road noise.( ear plugs and white noise machines are provided.) There is no Laundry-A local Laundromat is available.

Honey Creek Hideaway at Back Country Camp

Escape to this quiet, seemingly remote country getaway nestled down a peaceful, tree-canopied lane. Relax and unwind amid big woods, creeks, woodland trails, complete with a very large strip pit lake, and smaller lake just mere feet from your private cabin. Use our large covered dock, kayaks, paddle boat, canoe and explore all this huge waterscape and land have to offer. All manner of Missouri wildlife reside here.
