The place accommodated a group of about 15 people and the house cabin was fun and exactly as described. The property, lakes, and space was exactly what our group was looking, and our host Russell was incredibly helpful and friendly. We had an amazing time here, and it was worth the money we spent. Highly recommend for a family get away or a large group. Thanks, Russell.

If you are already familiar with this area of New Orleans, you will appreciate the Unit so much better. And you will enjoy the views of the marina very much. If you’ve been watching video of Mardi Gras online, this is not the French Quarter. This is where real people of New Orleans live their lives. This is what I was looking for and what I got. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a different kind of experience of New Orleans. It was a wonderful place to be.

Great place to relax and entertain. We sat through an awesome thunderstorm on the patio, relaxed on the superior furniture in the living room, cooked great meals in the kitchen, had fun competitions on the ping pong table and Pac-Man arcade game and slept well in the comfortable beds. It was a great stay.

Great cabin on the Blood River. It was quiet and peaceful. if your looking for a nice family spot away from town it's perfect.

Dionna and John's little oasis was amazing! it was the best location for us to finish up our Louisiana vacation. we loved the outdoor seating area, the fishing, the games, and beds were so comfortable! They were quick to respond to questions and recommendations. Their neighbor, Les, is the local tour guide! Will definitely be back next time we come to The Big Easy!

My Girls Trip was truly complete with this place to call home for the week and the scenery was incredible! Literally the most peaceful part of Louisiana on down to the residents. Would definitely Recommend! Felt completely safe and right at home. The space looks exactly how it did in the pictures honestly way better! Dog friendly was our focus for our trip, and this place delivered. Potty breaks were easy and convenient. Beds were comfortable. Upstairs neighbors were very loud at all hours, but I travel with a sleep machine that cancelled our most of it. Highly recommend getting one. Parking and checking in instructions could be better but was easy to get in and out once we figured it out.

I absolutely love this place. the host was amazing and he made sure that we felt welcome. he check on us to make sure we was okay and suggested a lot of nice places for us to go around the area. I will definitely book with him again. he made my first time going to New Orleans an amazing experience.

What an amazing place to stay when visiting the big easy! Right on a gorgeous canal in a quiet serene part of the city. Great spots to walk the dog nearby. Good coffee shop just a couple blocks away. Street parking was easy and never hard to find during my stay. It’s a cozy space for one or two people. The bathroom was a little awkward for a big guy like me but manageable. And odd bathroom layouts are a New Orleans staple I’m told. I would definitely stay again. I’ll absolutely come back to the city again visiting for just a weekend was not enough time.

Great location for what we wanted, loved that there was a Cafe du Monde 5 minutes away. Loved the recommendations given by the host. Everything was just as described. Had a relaxing stay. Felt like my own home.

We were extremely pleased with the house and hope to stay again in the future. The house has all the charm of a craftsman style home . Just lovely!!! Beautiful location and the house had everything we needed and more. We love the Covington/Madisonville area and plan to book again on our next visit.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful Airbnb that truly exceeded my expectations. The property is located on the bayou with a beautiful walking trail, which was an absolute delight during my recovery from surgery. The cleanliness of the space was remarkable, making it a safe and comfortable environment for my needs. I was especially grateful for the recliner in the sun room, which allowed me to relax without discomfort. The hand-held showerhead was also a fantastic addition, making my post-surgery routine much easier. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to recover. We had a great stay at Jayson's home. The house is very well stocked with everything you need. The layout of the house is very functional, and the deck was a great place to relax and socialize. It was so close to our planned activities. We were there for riding bikes on St. Tammany Trace and a jazz concert at the Dew Drop Jazz & Social Hall. Jayson's house is very close to the trail and is a 5–10-minute bike ride to Dew Drop.

Great space! I'll be back, next week actually.

The Cottage was absolutely fantastic! The place was incredibly clean and well-equipped, and the location was perfect. My kids loved the lake. We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting!
