Admire Harbour Views from a Stylish Apartment

You will enjoy a breathtaking view day and night, facing dockland harbour. Don't miss the sunset, it's beautiful!!! Please feel free to use everything in the apartment. We have washing machine + dryer for you to use. And the swimming pool + gym is on level 2. I will provide you a self-check-in information. It will make the check-in more flexible. The apartment is positioned right across the road from the Skybus terminal at Southern Cross Station. The complex is also situated in the free tram zone – although many are more excited about the famous cafe ‘Higher Ground’ in the same building. Well, big thanks to Melbourne! Becasue we have free tram zone in Melbourne CBD. And luckily my apartment is in the free tram zone as well. Please remember this is a residential property, not a commercial venue. Guests won't be allowed to host a birthday party, wedding party in the apartment. Extra cost + extra cleaning fee will be charged if this kind of situation happens.

Our apartment is about 100 sq.m. has 2.5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a study, we have a queen bed in the master bedroom, a single bed in the study. The other bedroom has a queen bed. In addition, we have a bay window bed in the living room. Our apartment is located in Melbourne's free tram zone. The Southern Cross train station is a few minutes walk away. There is also a shuttle bus to the airport. One free parking space available. Vehicles cannot exceed 2m.
