(PLEASE: ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST BE IN GOOD/EXCELLENT SHAPE FOR THIS EXCURSION AND NOT AFRAID OF HEIGHTS OR BEING DEEP WATERS) Max weight 230. In this Adventure you will visit the Tanama river in the Arecibo area. It starts with a hike down a muddy, slippery and rocky trail to the river(1.5 miles of hard hiking). We will arrive to the top of a cave and do a 250 ft long zipline that will take your breath away with the view. Here is where most participants rest a while for the next activity. When we are all set we will hike upstream to a huge cave and then jumped into the refreshing water. We will enter the caves and we will see some amazing water curtains and springs. At the exit of the second cave we do a small stop and you will have the option of submerging into the water to visit a secret cave. Tour isn’t over yet. Now the guides will show you the best tricks to do the white water tubing. While you are in the white water tubing you will pass some rapids and also some amazing canons all the way until you get to the third and last cave. At the exit of this cave you will do a small climb and the hike back to the cars. Duration 4-6 hours. Other things to note Don't let the beautiful sights fool you. This adventure is for real adventure and nature lover only. Please do NOT daydream. If you are not sure that you don't qualify you probably don't.

Daré una breve sesión informativa sobre los fundamentos donde hablaré sobre la seguridad y el equipo que utilizaremos. Una vez que se sienta cómodo y yo me sienta cómodo con usted, nos trasladaremos al arrecife donde podremos ver toneladas de vida acuática y peces. Nos reuniremos cerca de las cascadas de 10:00 a 11:00 y comenzaremos la experiencia !! En cada cascada pasaremos aproximadamente una hora para disfrutar. Desde el estacionamiento de las cataratas, caminaremos unos 10 minutos hasta la primera cascada mientras disfrutamos de la naturaleza, la flora y la fauna a través de una caminata lateral por el río, podemos nadar, saltar, relajarnos, este tiene una cuerda para saltar y divertirse. !! Luego nos movemos hacia la segunda cascada, esta es la principal de este lugar y la más grande. Esta tiene una pequeña cueva submarina para explorar por el lado al que entras nadando, también hay diferentes lugares para saltar y divertirte. Luego, si desea comer, podemos visitar el nuevo restaurante / bar Shas, es un lugar increíble que ofrece comida puertorriqueña, cervezas, mojitos, piña colada y empanadillas mucho más. Tan pronto llegue le vamos a proveer casco y salvavidas y cualquier equipo requerido para la aventura. Vamos a caminar atravez del bosque 1 hora 1/2 aproximadamente entre formaciones karsicas retante pero valdra la pena para llegar al canon del rio Tanama. Una vez llegamos comenzamos con la alternativa de saltar al rio para ir flotando hasta llegar a los tuneles naturales utilizando el rio para transportanos. Estaremos entre formaciones karsicas,tuneles,cuevas y sobre 70% del tiempo estaremos en contactor con agua. En la tarde comenzaremos una nueva vereda entre sumideros y otras formaciones. El tour sera intelpretado y imortalizado con camara aprueba de agua que el guia llevara. Surf Lessons are a great way to experience surfing in a safe environment. We start lessons at 8:30 am or 4pm with a meet and greet on Domes Beach. Then we start the lesson on how to surf. We practice proper technique in paddeling, standing up and posture on the shore. From there we enter the ocean and you catch waves and surf with my assistance, you'll be surfing in no time. Lessons are 2 hours long. We have a drone photographer availibe upon request! You'll love it! I can't wait to see your smiles! Other things to note When going surfing people must apply suncrean 15 min before the lesson, drink water, eat a light breakfast toast or fruit and it should be atleast one hour before the lesson water shoes are recomended

We will go on a relaxing, soothing horseback trail ride on the beautiful Aguadilla West Coast @ Punta Borinquen. First, we will do a safety briefing where we go over the fundamentals and safety aspects of how to handle your horse. After we will get on our horse and ride. The whole experience is about an hour long to an hour and a half. We specialize on first timers, families and children so no experience is required. It is great for first time horseback riding lessons. So feel free to book with me and I’ll make sure you have the most beautiful experience with our well trained horses.

To start we will meet at Black Eagle Beach, which is apart of the marine reserve here in Rincon. First I will give a fundamentals briefing where I will go over all the information and fundamentals of scuba diving. Next We will enter the water and I will start you out in 3 ft. so I can get you comfortable and used to breathing air in shallow water. After we will do some fun skills, also in shallow water so you can get you more comfortable. After you are comfortable and I am sure that I am comfortable with you I will give you an underwater tour, showing you all the beautiful aquatic life and reef system. Comenzaremos relatando la historia del café y enumerando las variedades de café. Luego vamos a identificar los municipios de la zona cafetalera en Puerto Rico. Después, comentaremos acerca de la producción y el consumo de café en Puerto Rico. Vamos a enumerar y describir los métodos de extracción de café. Finalmente, degustaremos café de Puerto Rico, utilizando 3 métodos de extracción y compartiremos nuestra experiencia de degustación. Es importante venir con muchas ganas de aprender, hacer preguntas y aportar con tus experiencias de café.

Enjoy this unique experience on the fertile farmland in front of the famous Steps Beach/Tres Palmas Marine Reserve. We begin with a grounding technique to connect with the Earth below. Then shift our awareness to the water/ocean in front, the rising sun and most importantly the fresh ocean air. Once we have established that divine connection, I will teach you a variety of ways to breath consciously, move your body mindfully and close with a pranic meditation and relaxation.

Recibiremos al invitado, caminando por el bosque de cacao, aprendiendo sobre las prácticas agrícolas en lo que respecta al cacao de grano fino, aprenderemos sobre la importancia de la agroforestería, la permacultura y la conservación de la naturaleza. Dependiendo de la producción del árbol durante el tiempo de su visita, tendrá la oportunidad de ver la fruta de cacao, probar la fruta fresca del árbol y tal vez tener la oportunidad de cosechar o plantar cacao.
